cultural protection.Through this part of the study,it will lay the foundation and provide ways of narration for the analysis and description form and creative form of cultural development of frontier ethnic areas.The first chapter is about introduction,the introduction includes the conception,range significance,the actuality.The introduction is researched on the reasons and the significance of the topic.It includes the developmental strategies of cultural industry in the background of economic transformation,cultural needs of the development of cultural industry in the frontier minority,and both chances and challenges for ethnic cultural protection.As a part of traditional culture,it is necessary and urgent for the development of cultural industry in the frontier minority and ethnic
