Through the fact that our party emphasizes on culture and its history, we can conclude that our national culture interest mainly means strengthening advanced culture, developing cultural industry to satisfy people's increasingly spiritual need, reinforcing spiritual civilization to increase Chinese nation's cohesion and centripetal force, defending our culture safety, maintaining our national culture individuality in cultural collision globally, highlighting ethnic culture and raising Chinese nation's spirits to promote national reunification and solidarity of all ethnic groups.After entering the twenty-first century, cultural communication and clash is becoming more and more intensive and the function of culture is getting more and more important .The situation and task of maintaining and developing our national culture interest is very serious with the strong globalization, the deep development of civil reform, and the new situation of our national reunification and solidarity of all ethnic groups.
