Objective:In this paper,Professor Hefen Xu outpatient accumulation of breast cancer cases as the object of study,to use modern computer data statistics and TCM speculation model,combined with modern medicine,focusing on breast cancer in different periods of dynamic changes in disease and TCM syndrome differentiation,to summarize the clinical rule of syndrome differentiation,from the perspective of pathogenesis,medication and comprehensive prevention and control means,Xu Hefen professor of clinical experience to summarize and collate,explore Professor Xu Hefen treatment of breast cancer academic system,for the clinical treatment of breast cancer to provide new ideas.Method:Using the WPS 10.1 data statistics platform,using the COUNTIF function algorithm for frequency statistics,using FREQUENCY function algorithm for probability analysis,the use of WPS data on the graphical representation of the results.Combined with the results of data analysis,to Xu Hefen professor of clinical cancer distribution in 18-75 years old,the average age of 46.5 years,over the age of 160 cases,accounting for 80%;There were 120 cases(60%)of menopause,80 cases(40%)of menopause,and I-III in the staging stage,accounting for 70%,and most of the pathological types were invasive type(93%);Patients with the use of treatment diversification,including the use of chemotherapy in 190 cases,accounting for 95%,10 cases of chemotherapy without chemotherapy,only 5%,the use of radiotherapy in 104 cases,accounting for 52%,96 cases of radiotherapy,accounting for 48%,endocrine therapy in 136 cases,accounting for 68%,64 cases of endocrine therapy,accounting for 32%,144 cases of surgical history(72%),no surgery in 56 cases,only 28%.There were 96 cases(48%)of LuminalA type,16 cases(8%)of LuminalB(Her-2 negative),14 cases(7%)of Luminal(Her-2 positive),42 cases of Her-2 positive(21 cases)%),and 32(16%)basal phenotype(60 cases),followed by Qi and Yin Deficiency type(56 cases),liver and kidney yin deficiency type(40 cases),spleen and kidney(30 cases)and other types(14 cases),accounting for 30%,28%,20%,15%,7%.Treatment of drugs a total of 237 taste,a wide range of drug use,the drug vulgaris,Eupolyphaga,seaweed,kelp,exposed hive.The data show that Xu Shizheng used drugs for the Agrimony-Hedyotis diffusa,Nansha Ginseng-Radix Codonopsis,Codonopsis-Astragalus,Asparagus-Ophiopogon japonicus,Qingpi-Chenpi,Chicken Ginkgo-Valley malt,Poria-Red Peony,Polyporus-Curcuma Zedoary,Atractylodes-Atractylodes,Astragalus-oysters and so on.Conclusion:1.The disease is mainly in the liver,kidney,spleen,and Chong-Ren is closely related;2.Etiology involving six criminals attack,emotional failure,diet section,chronic illness physically weak,Chong-Ren irregular,radiotherapy and chemotherapy injury and so on;3.Pathological factors to wind,fire,sputum,turbidity,blood stasis,poison-based,and throughout the pathological process,is the key to breast cancer progression;4.Disease
