Oral implantation techniques have been widely used in dentitional absence and dentition defect in patients with long-term and stable repair therapy.Although the previous literature reported that implant repair with up to 90%of the long-term success rate,but there are still many clinical rehabilitation failure cases.The implant is implanted into the alveolar bone through a dedicated implanted cell phone and drill bit in the alveolar bone,The drilling process produces cutting,squeezing and rubbing of the alveolar bone to produce heat,resulting in a corresponding increase in the temperature of the drill bit and surrounding bone.Studies have shown that[1]too high temperatures can cause varying degrees of damage to bone tissue.The activity of bone tissue has a great relationship with temperature and its duration.More than a certain temperature range will cause bone tissue activity and even bone cell necrosis and other damage and thus affect the formation of implant bone[2][3],which is currently the clinical dental implant failure one of the important reasons[4][5].So the implant surgery must take effective measures to reduce the temperature within the mandibular well area.PURPOSE:In this study,the temperature field of dental implant was simulated and the distribution of temperature field in dental implant was studied.The effects of different temperature control methods on the temperature field of alveolar bone were analyzed.METHODS:1)The fresh bovine cortical bone was used to simulate the experimental bone,the experimental site was designed by thermocouple measurement method,and the experimental platform was designed to simulate the bone field.The temperature field of bone in the process of dental implant drilling was studied from the depth direction of borehole and the direction of borehole radius.2)The temperature field in different bones was measured according to the different drilling methods and different cooling systems in the dental implant.3)The temperature of the different bones was measured by thermocouple measurement according to the different cooling system.The temperature of the different bones was measured by thermocouple measurement.The effect of using digital planting guide on the temperature of dental implant was analyzed.4)A uniform standard cortical bone mass and laser sintered cancellous bone were used to compute the bone mass.The temperature of each bone was measured according to the difference between the cooling system and the bone.To analyze the effect of different bone on the temperature of the operation area.5)Set the speed of the planting machine to 1000 rpm,1500 rpm,2000 rpm,and set the temperature of the two coolants:room temperature 26 ℃ and pre-cooling 4 ℃.The effects of different drilling rates and different coolant temperatures on the skeletal temperature were compared.6)The finite element method was used to simulate the temperature field of bone when planting wells,Including the processing of the model,the unit selection,the grid division,the load application method,the boundary condition setting and the solver setting,A finite element model for the analysis of bone temperature field can be used to implant dental implant.The temperature field of the bone under the condition of cooling parameters was simulated and analyzed.RESULTS:1)The results show that the peak temperature at 4mm,6mm,8mm and 10mm in the direction of drilling depth is the highest,the peak temperature is 4.0mm deep and the peak temperature of 8.0mm is close to 10.0mm.The temperature rise at 0.5mm from the center hole in the direction of the borehole radius is the highest.As the radius of measurement increases,the temperature decreases and the time to reach the temperature rise peak increases with the radius.2)The frequency of different drilling and pulling and the different cooling systems have an effect on heat production.The same drilled mode under the cooling system operating temperature is lower than the external cooling system;The same cooling system under the control of a number of drilling method to pull the surgical area temperature is less than a direct way into the drilling;Using the internal cooling system under the control of a number of drilling to pull the magic zone the lowest temperature.3)The use of digital planting guide plate and cooling system on the impact of different temperature field,The results show that in the case of covering the same resin planting guide,the temperature rise is the highest in the non-cooling system,and the temperature of the internal cooling system is the lowest.4)Different bone and cooling system temperature field changes are also different.Under the same cooling system,the cortical bone temperature rises above the cancellous bone temperature.The same under the bone,the external cooling system temperature rise is higher than the internal cooling system temperature rise,which cancellous bone to simulate the bone mass within the cooling system under the minimum temperature rise.5)Different drilling rate and different coolant temperature studies show that the same drilling rate,room temperature coolant and 4℃ precool coolant cooling effect was no significant difference.The same cooling conditions,2000rmp temperature>1500rmp temperature>1000rmp temperature rise.6)The results of finite element simulation and analysis of temperature field are in good agreement with the previous experimental data.And further verified the feasibility and accuracy of the early experimental platform.CONCLUSIONS:Through the above research can theoretically and clinically help the surgeon to predict intraoperative bone may be too high cause of fever and probability,and through the effective coolant cooling,reasonable pulling surgery,accurate drilling speed to control the surgical area temperature,To improve the success rate of dental implant,dental implantation of clinical operation have some guiding significance.
