Clinical Experience Of Treatment For Infertility Due To Ovulation Disorders By Using The Methods Of Kidney Invigoration And Menstruation Regulation Adopted By Professor Xia Guicheng

To observe the clinical effect on the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles for infertility due to ovulation disorders, and the use of clinical experience to be addressed in the treatment of infertility due to ovulation disorders. It aims to fully demonstrate and carry forward the clinical experience of TCM doctors and provide references.Methods:Selecting60cases of patients with Anovulatory infertility, all of them are randomized into2groups:Liver and kidney Yin deficiency type and spleen kidney Yang deficiency type. These patients are treated using the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles according to syndrome differentiation for3courses of treatment (three menstrual cycles for a period of treatment). Respectively before and after treatment for3months,6months and9months in patients with TCM syndrome integral, menstrual D3day ovulation and corpus luteum peak sex hormone levels, the basal body temperature, and endometrial thickness are compared, and to evaluate the clinical pregnancy rate. Data is processed statistically with SPSS17.0statistical software. At last clinical curative effect is evaluated comprehensivelyResults:①During the treatment period of ovulation disorder infertility by applying the method of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles,the cure rate and total effective rate are improved with treatment extended. After treatment for3months,6months and9months,cure rate reaches8.33%,34.48%and50%respectively; Total effective rates are35%,75.86%and82%respectively. During treatment the total clinical pregnancy rate is33.33%.②After treatment clinical symptoms and the basal body temperature in patients have been improved.③After treatment hormone levels in the patients’ body have improved, E2and P levels are increased compared with treatment before; If LH and FSH values are on the high side before treatment, they will decrease after treatment; if they are in the normal range before treatment, there is no difference before and after treatment; T, PRL levels compared with treatment before are increased, but there is no significant difference.④Endometrial thickness and Ovulation rate increase after the treatment.Conclusion:Through the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility in clinical practice, we realize that the method for treatment of ovulation disorder infertility has a good curative effect. It does not only significantly improve the patient’s clinical signs and symptoms, but also to the reproductive endocrine function, improve patients return to normal ovulation and increase pregnancy rate. It attains economic efficacy and there are no significant side effects,easily accepted by patients. All in all, treatment for ovulation disorder infertility has broad application prospects.
