| Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine has had a long history.Starting back from Xia,Shang Zhou Dynasty,there have been documents related to Caesarean birth and dystocia.The earliest Chinese medical classics Huangdi ’ s Inner Cannon documented the first prescription to amenorrhea.With the development of traditional Chinese medicine,many gynecology doctors have founded their own gynecology school based on distinctive thoughts and clinical experience since the Song Dynasty.With years gone by,some schools stay and some are gone.In November,2012,State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine announced the first patch of 64 National Traditional Medical School,among which 11 are gynecologists,which are The School of Lou’ s Gynecology、The School of Ha’ s Gynecology、The School of Han’ s Gynecology、The School of Cai’ s Gynecology、The School of Chen Mu Shan’ s Gynecology、The School of Ding’s Gynecology、The School of Wang’ s Gynecology、The School of Zhu’ s Gynecology、The School of He ’ s Gynecology、The School of Yao ’ s Gynecology、The School of Shen’s Gynecology.They learn from each other and enrich the gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine,thus promoting the development of traditional Chinese medicine.From 1950s,China has started arranging the content of schools of traditional Chinese gynecology,not only to understand its importance to the development of traditional Chinese medicine,but also to provide guidance to the current clinic work,therefore to drive innovation and growth in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and prosper under the combination of classic history and modern technology.ObjectiveLingNan Gynecology is an important part of Traditional Chinese medicine.The theory of LingNan Gynecology comes from many gynecology doctors’ practiced that struggled with the disease.It can be used in modern medical system and provides information for the development of Gynecology.The thesis has systematically organized the Academic thoughts of the school of Lou’ s Gynecology,clinical experiences and the higher education management ideas of Traditional Chinese Medicine through collecting books,articles and data mining.This thesis reviews the medication feature,diagnosis thoughts and prescription combination,thus to counter evidence South China school of Luo’ s Gynecology’ s thoughts and empirical studie by Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5).In the end,the thesis carries out literature review,empirical studies and interview with inherits of South China school of Luo ’ s Gynecology to summarize and contract their core thoughts.By documenting this,the thesis will help prosper this school of Gynecology and let more gynecologists learn from the thoughts and studies,thus expanding the content of Gynecology and providing more information for future inheritance of traditional Chinese gynecology.Methodology1.Literature researchThe research focused on the inherits of LingNan school of Lou’ s Gynecology.The data source of this thesis is based on books,articles collected from Classic books of TCM,treatise on LingNan of Gynecology,treatise on gynecological schools and computer data,such as CNKI,CMCI,WanFang and so on.Turned those data into Micro database,and then systematically organized the Academic thoughts of the school of Lou’ s Gynecology,clinical experiences and the higher education management ideas of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In the other hand,this thesis concluded professor Luo Yuankai,professor Luo songping and professor Zhang Yuzhen’ s higher education management ideas of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the LingNan school of Lou ’ s clinical experiences and inheritance of the LingNan school of Lou ’ s by experts interviews and learning with teachers.2.Sociological research Through systematic study on the influence of traditional Chinese culture on development of Chinese traditional Gynecology practicing styles,this research attempts to discuss the historical significance and practical necessity of research and development on Gynecology practicing styles,analyze the influence of natural and social environment on styles development and eventually state the historical ground and inevitability of the development trace of Luo’ s Gynecology in LingNan.3.Clinical researchThe thesis uses the.methods of ontology,improved mutual information,integration rule,complex entropy clustering and unsupervised hierarchical clustering to review the medication feature,diagnosis thoughts and prescription combination,thus to counter evidence South China school of Luo ’ s Gynecology ’ s thoughts and empirical studies.First of all,the writer collected cases of infertility patients that are treated by professor Lou,Zhu and Zhao from 2015 to 2016,and sorted out 30 qualified medical cases,and then,got the basic information of the patients,medical history data,diagnostic information and their prescription.Input all of information into EXCEL for data processing.After double checking the data,input data into Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5),and also double checked.Used the methods of ontology,improved mutual information,integration rule,complex entropy clustering and unsupervised hierarchical clustering to review three professors’ medication feature,diagnosis thoughts and prescription combination,and then to summarize three professors’ rules in the treatment of infertility.Result:The results of this paper mainly include three parts:The development process of the school of Luo’ s gynecology;The overview of the Chinese medical education management of the school of Luo ’ s gynecologicy;the clinical experience of professor Lou,Zhao and Zhu in treating infertility.一.The development process of the school of Luo’ s gynecology1.Origin and inheritance of the school of Lou ’ s gynecology:The school of Luo’ s gynecology originated from in South China Sea area in the late Qing Dynasty.Its ancestor of Luo’ s gynecology is Mr.Luo Dihua,a scholar of late Qing Dynasty.Then Mr Luo Yuankai,the seventh son of Mr.Luo Dihua carried forward the school of Luo’ s gynecology,who is a famous Chinese-medicine doctor.Since then,the school of Luo ’ s gynecology adopted the form of modern Chinese medicine college education and gradually formed the concept of traditional Chinese medicine education management with systematic and academic characteristics.Luo’s gynecology was founded by Professor Luo Songping and Professor Zhang Yuzhen,the successors of the third generation,mainly led by Professor Luo Songping who carried out the construction of the school of Lingnan Luo’ s gynecology and carried developed the school of Luo’ s gynecology and became the pioneer in the gynecological schools of China.She co-worked with Professor Zhang Yuzhen to cultivate the successors of the fourth generation and back-up successors including Zhao Ying,Zhu Ling,Zeng Cheng,Shi Yu,Liao Huihui and so on.2.Academic thoughts of the school of Lou’ s gynecology:The academic thoughts of the school of Luo’ s gynecology stems from the classics of traditional Chinese medicine,especially influenced by JingYue Encyclopedia,Gynecological Prescriptions.The Inner Canon of Huangdi,Shangha lun and etc.and establishes clearly two academic ideas-paying attention to the directions of yin-yang theory and "kidney-Tiangui-Chongren channel-uterus" axis to clinical practice.3.medication characteristics of the school of Lou’ s gynecology:The Influence of the school of Luo ’ s Gynecology was influence by the Culture of Guangfu Traditional Chinese Medicine and advocates for the schools of Yixue and Febrile disease,which combines the local geographical characteristics of Lingnan and the disease spectrum of local population.It has formed four clinical features and four medication characteristics.Four clinical features:① Tonifying kidney and spleen,nurture and nature is the same important;②Preservation of body fluid,focus on kidney and Chongren;③cooling heat and removing dampness to treat menstrual and Leucorrhea;④promoting qi to activate blood,in order to treat Pelvic inflammation.Four medication characteristics:①Flexibly use of classical prescriptions;②Focus on preserving body fluid;③Using herbs lightly;④Be good at using local and exotic medicinal herbs.二、The overview of the Chinese medical education management of the school of Luo ’s gynecologicy:the school of Luo ’ s gynecologicy at the beginning was family-inherited.After Professor Luo Yuankai admitted to the Guangdong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine to accept systematic education,the school of Luo’s gynecologicy started to change the inheritance mode from family inherited one to the combination of college education and apprentice.After Mr.Luo Yuan Kai ’ s graduation,he served as the president of Guangdong College of Traditional.Chinese Medicine,the president of Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the research director of Guangzhou College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other duties.Whether as a president or as a teacher of colleges,Mr.Luo Yuan Kai insists in following the law of Chinese medicine personnel training and makes great contributions to the cultivation of doctors of Chinese medicine for the society.During his term of office,Professor Luo Yuankai adheres to the scientific nature of Chinese medicine with Western learning,insists on using the way of the combination between teaching and learning and establishes the Chinese medicical education management system with traditional and modern characteristics.In the period of being the vice president and director of the teaching and research of colleges,he established the Chinese medical gynecology,and "double division" system and cultivated a great number of qualified Chinese medicine talents.Based on the philosophy of Mr.Luo Yuankai,Professor Luo Songping enhance the culture of disciplinary team and "double division" system and carries out the combining of production and research.In regards of the talent cultivation,inheriting Professor Luo Yuankai’s educational thoughts,Professor Luo Songping puts forward the educational concept of "Double-Dominating" and "modernization" teaching,and embodies the educational management concept of Luo’s gynecology.三、The clinical experience of professor Lou,Zhao and Zhu in treating infertility.The thesis took advantage of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(V2.5)and 90 empirical cases,625 prescriptions collected from the star gynecologists professor Luo Songping,Zhao Ying and Zhu Ling of LingNan school of Luo ’ s Gynecology,and having the following results1.Analyzing the type of syndrome statistics:Three professors consider that most TCM syndromes of female infertility are "Spleen-deficiency and phlegm-turbid stagnation","Kidney deficiency and blood stasis ","Liver and kidney deficiency " and "Spleen and kidney deficiency".The school of Lou’ s Gynecology believes that deficiency of the kidney is the most harmful for infertility,and "phlegmatic hygrosis"and "blood stasis" are also hazard factors.2.Analyzing the frequency of herbs statistics:The top ten of herbs used by professor Lou is Dodder,Yam,Caulis Spatholobi,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Parasitic loranthus,Teasel root,Atractylodes,Cyperus,Ligustrum lucidum and Codonopsis pilosula;The top ten of herbs used by professor Zhao is Angelica sinensis,Poria cocos,Morinda officinalis,Cyperus,Prepared rehmannia root,Atractylodes,Codonopsis pilosula,Radices Paeoniae Alba,Dodder and Astragalus membranaceus;The top ten of herbs used by professor Zhu is Atractylodes,Teasel root,Dried tangerine peel,Dodder,Parasitic loranthus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Codonopsis pilosula,Radices Paeoniae Alba,Caulis Spatholobi and Cortex Lycii Radicis.It seems that three professors use the medicinal herbs similarly but differently.All of them would like to use Dodder,Parasitic Loranthus,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Morinda Officinalis and Teasel root to tonify kidney,and use Yam,Atractylodes and Codonopsis Pilosula to tonify spleen,and use Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Caulis Spatholobi and Cyperus to promote blood circulation.In short,the school of Lou ’ s Gynecology focuses on kidney,spleen,and then liver in infertility treatment.3.Analyzing the efficacy of herbs statistics:In infertility treatment,professor Lou most widely uses the types of herbs,which are promoting blood circulation drugs,tonifying Qi drugs,tonifying Ying drugs,eliminate dampness drugs and regulating QI flow drugs.Professor Zhao most widely uses the types of herbs,which are tonifying Qi drugs,tonifying Yang drugs,promoting blood circulation drugs,tonifying blood drugs and removing wet drugs.Professor Zhu most widely uses the types of herbs,which are regulating QI flow drugs,tonifying Qi drugs,tonifying Yang drugs,promoting blood circulatiion drugs and Antipyretic drugs.In short,the school of Lou ’ s Gynecology mainly uses tonic drugs and promoting blood circulation drugs to treat infertility.Professor Lou perfect to tonifying Qi and Ying.Professor Lou perfect to tonifying yang and Ying and Professor Zhu perfect to tonifying yang and Qi.4.Analyzing the characteristics of herbs statistics:Lou ’ s Gynecology selects light and mild herbs for treatment,and avoids to using cold,hot or fierce herbs.Most of herbs are tasted like sweet and bitter,a few of them are sour or salted.The medication characteristics of Lou’ s Gynecology is using herbs lightly,and effect on spleen and kidney.5.Analyzing the procedure of TCM prescription:Professor Lou mostly uses Yam,Dodder,Parasitic Loranthus and Teasel root together,as a new prescription,which are based on Shou Tai pills.Professor Zhao mostly uses Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Angelica,Poria Cocos,Morinda Officinalis,Cyperus together.In the other hand mostly uses the couple of Atractylodes and Poria Cocos and the couple of Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata and Codonopsis Pilosula,which originate in DangGui ShaoYao powder.Professor Zhu mostly uses Parasitic Loranthus,Dodder,Teasel root,Atractylodes and Dried tangerine peel together,and the couple of Teasel root with Salvia miltiorrhiza,which are based on Xiaoyao San and ShouTai pills.In short,all of combinations and couples are effect on tonifying kidney and spleen.6.Analyzing the new TCM prescription:the new TCM prescriptions of three professors come from classical prescriptions.Professor Lou uses more or less herbs in ShouTai pills to tonify kidney,more or less herbs in Sijunzi soup to tonify spleen and more or less herbs in erzhi pills to tonify Ying.Professor Zhu uses more or less herbs in XiaoYao Powder to soothe liver,more or less herbs in Zuo Gui pills to tonify kidney.Professor Zhao uses more or less herbs in Conceptive pill to tonifying,more or less herbs in DangGui ShaoYao powder to soothe liver,more or less herbs in GuiShen pill to tonify kidney.According to the infertility females with stable condition of disease,Professor Lou mainly uses types of tonifying kidney,tonifying spleen,and promoting blood circulation in treatment.According to the infertility females with complicated condition of disease,Professor Zhao and Zhu mainly use types of promoting blood circulation,eliminating dampness and cooling heat in treatment.ConclusionsThis thesis mainly concludes three aspects of the school of Lou’ s Gynecology.The development process of the school of Luo ’ s gynecology;The overview of the Chinese medical education management of the school of Luo ’ s gynecologicy;The clinical experience of professor Lou,Zhao and Zhu in treating infertility.And have the following results:1.The development process of the school of Luo’ s gynecology:LingNan school of Luo’s Gynecology has a school of gynecology with inherit of classics,openness and inclusiveness and spirit of innovation.It went through four generations and was influenced by TMC culture and environment of Lingnan.Lou ’ s gynecology establishes clearly two academic ideas-paying attention to the directions of yin-yang theory and "kidney-Tiangui-Chongren channel-uterus" axis to clinical practice.2.The clinical experience of Lou’s Gynecology in treating infertility:Lou’s Gynecology pays attention to the directions of yin-yang theory,and focuses on tonifying kidney and spleen.Doctors of Lou’s Gynecology use those classic prescriptions flexibly.Prescriptions that are used mostly by Lou’s Gynecology are based on ShouTai pills,SiJunZi soup,Xiaoyao Powders,GuiShen pills,SiWu soup and ZuoGui pills.They perfect to selecting light and local herbs for treatment.3.The overview of the Chinese medical education management of the school of Luo’s gynecologicy:Inheritors of Lou’s Gynecolgy insist on playing two roles in working.One is a doctor,and the other one is a teacher.Clinical work shaped them as a noble doctor and teaching shaped them as a great educators.The Luo’ s Gynecology places utmost emphasis on
