Research On Peng Xianzhang's Academic Experience

After thousands years of inheritance and development, Traditional Chinese medicine has made many outstands contributions about human health and longevity. The development history of Chinese medicine is also a history of human struggle with disease, which development depends on ancient medical heritage and constant innovation. Since the advent of the four classic(Huang Di Nei Jing, Nan Jing, Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease, Sheng Nong's Herbal Classic), down to many of today's TCM compositions in the world, each of books carries the hard work of numerous doctors, these theories used to guide clinical, and clinical findings constantly enrich and update the existing theories.Therefore, to save and organize excavations the existing physicians academic works, which is good for enrich and promote the development of TCM theory in clinical practice.This paper is based on this background, through the contemporary "miscellaneous disease expert" Peng xianzhang's extant works and related literature and organize and in-depth research, analysis and induction he's academic thought and clinical experience. Hoping to summarizes the valuable academic experience, provide support for the clinical literature, and has improving the level of medical latecomers practical significance.In this paper, literature research methods used to doctor Peng's existing charter books and medical records, through sort, classify and analyze the characteristics of theoretical and clinical experience, and choose typical medical records to analyze and research.In this paper,from Peng xianzhang wrote "Shang Han 69 Statements" and "Explanatory notes on Ye Tianshi Medical Records ", we can know that doctor Peng have deeply attainments about exogenous disease, internal injuries diseases, and febrile disease, especially in clinical application. Peng xianzhang is good at using treatment of miscellaneous cards, and he is the first one who use Ma Xing Shi Gan Decoction and create Xuan treatment treating primary nocturnal enuresis, both helps to develop TCM differentiation.Peng xianzhang has clinical medicine features with "simple, efficiency, joint, variety,and mediate". Doctor Peng emphasis on protect spleen and stomach, legislate prescription with no hurt,treatment with medication always characterized with moderate, considering constitution while taking into account geographical features, which with "Human corresponding with natural" in administration features.
