Research On Construction Strategies Of Village Residential Building Under The Perspective Of Coupling Between People And Housing

The construction costs of rural house and living buildings are increasingly higher under the background of circular economy and commodity economic development.For rural areas with resource and economic deficiency,it becomes a research hotspot to encourage farmers to participate more in rural housing construction.However,due to the lack of rational understanding of the interactions between human and house,manpower-dependent or technologies-dependent was play a leading role in the construction of buildings.If the building environment mismatches the rural human capital,the villagers are sure to be limited to transform into available human resources for residential buildings effectively absorbing the bonuses from modern city development and realizing the low economic cost,energy conservation and sustainable development.The in-depth and synthesis research on theory and strategies of construction is very necessary for village residential buildings.This work started from the building generative mechanism and connotations,explaining the interactions between houses and human in rural residence by scientific principle on coupling,and then the construction strategies of rural residential building were put forward based on the research of human-housing coupling relationship,aiming to guide the theoretical research and construction practice of village residential buildings.When farmers were involved in the construction,use,maintenance,renewal and other parts of village residential building,the value income of human capital resulted from the interactions with system coupling characteristics between human and the building hardware including material capital and technology capital.Thus,human-housing interactions were explained using the concept of coupling to construct scientific principle system for the construction strategies of village residential buildings,which based on the theoretical foundation of house&living science,energy substitution theory and practical humanism ideology.The human-housing coupling effect in rural residence was analyzed under the human-housing coupling relationship to construct a systematic theoretical basis for the construction strategies of village residential buildings.In terms of the acting mechanism of human-housing coupling in village residence,the intension and the principles of buildings construction in village residence were summarized through the analysis of the action conditions,acting driver and acting goals.In the aspect of acting form of human-housing coupling in village residence,the phenomenon of self-configuration of architectural technology system,coordination and integration between human and housing triggered by human-housing coupling were elaborated combined with the coupling design cases of existing village residential building including buildings,residential facilities,residential spaces and ornaments to summarize the construction patterns of village residential building.The synergistic factors of human-housing coupling relationship in village residence were studied to present the systematic frame for constructing the village residential buildings based on analysis of three perspectives of values,ecology and society.Finally,taking the concept of optimizing human-housing coupling relationship requires the involvement of architecture design as a guide,the strategies system for the construction of village residential buildings was built.The construction strategies were studied at three levels of contents planning,organizational form and parts exploitation.And then,the planning strategies,the organization strategies and the product exploitation strategies were put forward to provide systematic and actionable guidelines for the construction practice of village residential buildings,which are beneficial to encourage farmers to participation lay on innovative architectural design.This paper introduces human-housing coupling relationship into the theoretical research on rural architecture,which provides the theoretical foundation and methodical theory to encourage farmers participating rural housing construction in transition.The study has expanded the perspective of innovation,and has practical meanings for riching the architectural design strategies and building the sustainable village residential buildings with harmonious human-housing relationship.
