Bogie is the most important component of high-speed train, and the rationality of its design directly affects the operation quality and safety of high-speed train. With the development of personalized and diversified market demand and technology level of high-speed train, high-speed train bogie not only shows a vertical single generation relationship and begins to diversify horizontally, which will form a huge product pedigree and challenge for the existing research and development model of high-speed train bogie.Meanwhile, the accumulation and reuse of the design knowledge of the high-speed train bogie is not enough,resulting in a large number of repetitive works in the process of repeated design and modification. To solve the above problems, we need to improve the research and development efficiency of high-speed train bogie to adapt to the complex and changeable market demand. Therefore, this dissertation studies on the product-pedigree-oriented customization design of high-speed train bogie. The core of the problem is how to use the product pedigree to accelerate the development process of the high-speed train bogie based on the product pedigree of high-speed train bogie. That is to say,how to select the existing pedigree nodes to inherit and design changes and how to choose appreciate design tools to support new product development in a given requirement condition. In this dissertation,the research on the high-speed train bogie is carried out from three aspects: pedigree construction, customization design key technology and prototype system application. The main content of this dissertation is as follows:(1) The construction of high-speed train product pedigreeOn the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of common technology and adaptive technology of high-speed train bogie products, the definition of product pedigree is defined based on the definition of pedigree biological genetics, and the difference and relation between the concept and its closely related is clarified. Based on the idea of genealogy, this dissertation proposes the method of constructing and describing the product pedigree. The pedigree chart of high-speed train bogie is constructed from three dimensions: the product demand pedigree, the evolution pedigree and the characteristic pedigree.(2) Product-pedigree-oriented product meta-model construction technology of high-speed train bogieOn the basis of the construction of high-speed train bogie product pedigree, the definition and modeling process of product meta-model are given; the design space of high-speed train bogie is established, and the parameters of the high-speed train bogie and its modules, and builds the product meta-model are analyzed and extracted. Combined with the data structure of vector and array description meta-model, the vector array expression of the high-speed train bogie product meta-model is constructed. The customization design flow of high-speed train bogie based on product meta-model is established.(3) Conceptual design scheme generation method of high-speed train bogieOn the basis of the customization design flow of the high speed train bogie based on product meta-model, the new customization design is oriented to the diversification,personalized demand driven to generate its conceptual design scheme. A PDS-Behavior-Structure (P-B-S) conceptual design model and a vector mapping tool for conceptual design analysis and synthesis are established. Then based on the design of the high-speed train bogie's brake rigging device,the conceptual design scheme generation method of high-speed train bogie is validated. Based on the P-B-S conceptual design model and its decomposition process, combined with the black box method, the function-structure mapping decomposition model for high-speed train bogie is constructed.(4) Customization design method for the structure of high-speed train bogieThe customization design process for the structure of high-speed train bogie includes key steps such as demand mapping, configuration design and variant design. In the demand mapping phase, a new method of knowledge extraction for high-speed train bogie design is proposed based on rough set theory, and the correctness and effectiveness of the method is illustrated by taking the design knowledge extraction of dynamic performance of high-speed train bogie as an example. In the configuration design phase, the configuration design method of high-speed train bogie based on product meta-model is put forward. In the variant design stage, a fast and effective method to find the design change path for demand change is proposed, which can be used to guide the product variant design.(5) The research and application of high-speed train bogie customization design prototype systemAccording to the product pedigree and customization design key technologies of high-speed train bogie, a customization design system for high speed train bogie is developed and run by the design research and development department of an enterprise.Firstly, the needs for the specific content of the technical framework of the entire high-speed train's pedigree design and manufacture integrated platform are analyzed. Then, the design method and the key technologies of the customization design system for high-speed train bogie are described. Finally, the rapid design of a kind of high-speed train bogie is taken for an example to demonstrate the application of the customization design system of the high-speed train bogie.The research of this dissertation shows that product-pedigree-oriented customization design of high-speed train bogie. It not only improves the technology system of research and development of high-speed train bogie, but also realizes effective management of design knowledge of high-speed train bogie and knowledge sharing and communication, and help to enhance the digital design and manufacturing management level of enterprises and the competitiveness of products as well. It can reduce the design cycle and provide guarantee for the rapid response to the diversified and personalized requirement of domestic and foreign customers. It provides the basic for the product development, data management and continuous application of high-speed train bogie.
