| With the rapid development of high-speed rail industry and the continuous improvement of national living standards in China, high-speed rail has become more and more popular in public transportation. However, the high price of high-speed rail products restricts the prevailing market demand. In order to reduce the cost of high-speed rail products, the research on high-speed EMU pedigree technologies was carried out, in which the generic technologies were extracted, and standardization, serialization and modular technologies were investigated,and individual technology restructured. Combined with the national scientific research projects and the problems faced by enterprises, this thesis studies the customization design technologies of carbody structures for pedigree high-speed train. The main research contents include:(1) The module characteristics analysis and customization scheme study for high-speed train carbbody are conducted: Based on analyzing the composition and characteristics of the carbody, the carbody module structure tree is built; According to the analysis of the carbody characteristics, the design principle and process, the design technical index and parameter category of the carbody module are given. The meta-model of carbody module product is constructed and the customization design scheme formed.(2) The design of overall structure layout scheme for high-speed train is carried out. The content of overall layout design for high-speed train is researched, including the marshalling mode, the equipment inside and underneath the vehicle and on the roof of the vehicle. Based on the design example of high-speed train marshaling layout scheme, the design template is constructed and a rapid customization design method is proposed.(3) The configuration and variant design of the high-speed train carbody are undertaken:Based on the combination of rules and examples, the carbody configuration and variant design method are studied. The mapping rules of carbody configuration are constructed, and the similarity calculation method of configuration design is studied. The parametric variant design of carbody module is realized by using CATIA CAA,.(4) The customization design system for high-speed train carbody structure is developed:The development background and operating environment of the customization design system of carbody structure are defined. The system planning and architecture, as well as the main function design and implementation are studied. Finally, the application of the system is verified. |
