With the development of modern manufacturing, product design in the manufacturing process is becoming increasingly important in the design process, in the design process the most important stage is the conceptual design. The survey shows the conceptual design phase determines at least80%of the performance and cost, so a good conceptual design is helpful to improve product quality and market competitiveness, while reducing costs. From the top Function of high-speed train bogie start to study the concept of high-speed train bogie design process of functional decomposition, functional-behavior-structure mapping, evaluation of a preferred design, design changes analysis of the structure, the formation of a bogie conceptual design methods and combine these methods to develop a conceptual design of high-speed train bogie system. The main results of this paper are as follows:From the top basic functions of the bogie start to study the concept design process modeling capabilities, based on the established functional model presents a functional decomposition method based on functional effects of the bogie basic top-level functional decomposition based features. After getting the base functions and the use of functional-behavior-structural mapping (FBS) method of the base functions mapped to the specific mechanical structure, get bogie concept design.Based on the obtained bogie conceptual design, structural performance, working performance, and process performance, the weight of the each index is calculated by AHP. Then, the various options for the membership matrix evaluation are created. Finally, through a weighted Fuzzy comprehensive model of design evaluation sort, and then a solution was preferred.Base on the correlation analysis among function, geometry, the physical, a correlation matrix between modules is obtained. The correlation matrix is then converted to a network AHP judgment matrix, and through the network to calculate the AHP module occurs when a design change, the impact of the module on the importance of the program as a whole.Finally, the method of generating conceptual design of the design process, the optimistic method of program evaluation and design change analysis methods are integrated. Software C#is used as the development tool to develop a high-speed train bogie conceptual design support system.
