The new production mode of the building industrialization has changed the traditional way of outmoded construction technology and the chaos phenomenon during the construction site steps. Meanwhile, it also raised the new requirements to the security risk management crew. How to take effective control of safety risk during the process of the new production mode of building industrialization, get rid of the safety accidents and improve the technology of safe risk management becomes the important issue in the construction security risk management.Thus, through summarizing and analyzing the abundant study literature, as well as conducting a large range of field investigation domestic and abroad, this paper focuses the whole process security risk of building industrialization in our country. The main research content and results are as following:(1)The analysis of security risk management study and the establishment of basic information set. Since the relevant research findings of security risk assessment and control theory in the whole process of building industrialization is deficient in China, in order to get the basic information what the study process needs, the study on the current security risk management and features in the typical countries and regions is needed.Combined the current status in China and based on the questions found and data collected in the study process, the related inductions were made individually. For the sake of depth analysis, we systematically generalize the massive project information collected from the study. Finally, we establish the project basic information set of the whole process security risk management in building industrialization.(2)The whole process construction technology of building industrialization and study on the security identification. The identification of the whole process security risk is the premise of confirming the security risk evaluating index system and the base of making measures of the security risk controlling. Besides, the study on the technological process is effective to identify security risk. The paper studies the technological process and key techniques in every operation phrase of building industrialization whole process,such as the design, the component machining, the component shipping and scene construction. At the same time, through the analysis of security risk identification modes and based on the system dynamics, we establish the security risk identification feedback model of the whole process building industrialization. It lays a foundation for the security risk index system and the following study.(3)Security risk evaluating study in the whole process of building industrialization.The whole process security risk evaluating model plays an important role in the security risk evaluating theories. It lays the foundation for evaluating security risk and provides new ideas for the security risk control. Based on the whole process security risk identification of building industrialization, the paper is going to study the security risk evaluating system. Firstly, according to the system dynamics, it is based on the security risk identification and applies Delphi method and literature review to set up the whole process security evaluating index and index system. Meantime, by analyzing the security evaluating method, it establishes the whole process security risk evaluating model of building industrialization based on the priority degree evaluation method. It has proved that the model is effective and feasible.(4)The study on the whole process security risk control technology of building industrialization. Security risk response and supervision is the last step of the security risk control. Through comparative analysis of the content and principle of the whole process security risk control and the method and technology of the current security risk control, based on the advantages of the BIM technology in the whole process security risk control, this paper conducts an overall design of the whole process security risk control, gives priority to analyzing the scene data collection and transporting technique and makes plan for it. Based on the BIM plan model and the field data collection technique, the real-time security information model has been set up. Based on the BIMactual security information model, it designs the logical and physical structure of the whole process security risk control system and analyzes the major function module,organizational structure and application process. It has proved that the system is feasible.(5)The study on the whole process security risk control measure and suggestions of building industrialization. Focusing on how to take effective control of the whole process security risk factors, this paper analyzes the whole process security risk identification, evaluation, and management techniques from the existing question of current security management in China. It puts forward numerous solutions and advice on the aspect of relevant training model, security equipment, industrial structure,informational security risk management, and standard system of security risk management. Through this, we can take effective control of the security risk covering the crew, mechanism, environment, technology and management. It is expected that the government and concerning enterprise should make introductory policies and rules to improve the systematic study of the security risk management.
