The Study On Ecological Governance Patterns For Resource-based Industries Parks

With the over exploitation of resources and environmental destruction,the region of the resources based industries,such as Xinjiang,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi and other provinces,must explore the sustainable development model,the existing resource-based industrial park to carry out ecological transformation.However,domestic and international theoretical research of eco industrial park(District)has little research on the resource oriented industrial park,the formation of a systematic and in-depth study of ecological management mode,the domestic and foreign eco industrial park operation mode of the domestic and foreign ecological industrial park.In order to explore the theoretical answers to the above questions,this study attempts to identify the patterns of ecological governance in the complex resource based industrial ecological network by using the methods of social network analysis and group case analysis.The contents of the research include:the basic content of the typical case;the summary of the typical case of ecological management mode;the characteristics and rules of the ecological management of the resource oriented industrial park,and the choice of the ecological management mode of the resource based Industrial Park in Xinjiang.First,Kalundborg,Shandong Jiufa and 28 cases of material flow exchange relationship,and in the light of the conclusions of the domestic research on Industrial Park,summed up the per unit area yield leading,prolific hybrid renewable resource type,and the community of agricultural production such as four Industrial Park(District)type.Secondly,using social network analysis technology,draw the 28 resource eco industrial park(area)of the ecological network diagram,and use UCINET software to calculate the overall network density,network average distance,network cohesion index,network outward/inward center,node enterprise center and other index data.Five,through the analysis of the social network characteristics of the case,third kinds of resources are summarized.The research results show that the five types of resources are different from those in the industrial network,and the application conditions and management rules of different governance models can be put forward according to the characteristics of different governance models.The research results show that the types of resources are different.Finally,based on the analysis of the present situation and problems of natural endowment,resource based industries including parks in Xinjiang area,the countermeasures and suggestions of ecological development in Xinjiang area are put forward.Research has found that Xinjiang region can be oil and natural gas chemical industry,coal chemical industry,agricultural and sideline products deep processing,cotton/Textile/textile,photovoltaic and wind power industry as the main ecological management of the resource type industry development,the most preferred by-product chain development mode as governance.From the perspective of ecological management,the paper analyzes the sustainable development of resource-based industrial park.The research results of this study are complementary to the existing resource-based industries and eco industrial park theory,which has a reference value for the industrial upgrading of China’s typical resource dependent regions.
