Study On Mechanism And Control Of Coal Mine Safety Crisis

Coal mining industry has long been deemed as a high-risk industry.In China,the industry has been associated with the occurrence of many coal mine disasters,which are deemed as the major crisis in coal production.The coal mine safety crisis is caused by unsafe human behavior,error state of the equipment,abnormal changes in the environment,as well as management deficiencies.It is shown both at home and abroad that the safety crisis of coal mine enterprise can be minimized by a systematic pre-control measurement,which will be helpful to the coal enterprise's development.Based on the analysis of the causes of coal mine crisis and statistical data,the outstanding problems of the current mine safety management are discussed in our study.Safety management status of coal mine industry in China is analyzed with the statistic data from 2001 to 2013.In our study,(1)the formation process of coal mine safety crisis is analyzed and pointed out;(2)the evaluation index system is established and the Analytical Network Process(ANP)is applied to evaluate the safety crisis management which also is used to assess the Chaili mine's safety crises management level;(3)the selection of rescue strategies are analyzed in different situations with the game theory,from which the optimal strategies are proposed in the accident rescue;(4)on the basis of Chaili coal mine analysis,the safety crisis system dynamic model is constructed to find out the formation,treatment and rescue process of coal mine accidents.Further,the crisis-management measures and suggestions are proposed for coal mining enterprises in China.In our study,starting from the formation of the crisis in China,the formation mechanism,management strategies are studied in this dissertation from a system perspective.With systematic and specific crisis management,the coal mine enterprise can deal with the crisis effectively to minimize the loss of business.
