With the advent of knowledge economy, new technologies emerge in endlessly. Technology is becoming increasingly complex, the cost and risk of technical development becoming higher and higher. At the same time consumer demand becoming personalized and change at a faster rate. In this changing technology and market environment, market competition becomes increasingly fiercely, the organization’s survival pressure is more and more big. In this fast changing times, a single organization difficult to adapt to the challenge of technological and market environment, a new organization mode - knowledge alliances start to appear. Compared with the traditional strategic alliance, knowledge alliance emphasizes organizational learning from each other, and knowledge sharing among alliance. It can fully use the heterogeneous knowledge in and out of the organization and realize the knowledge exchanged between organizations to promote inter-organizational knowledge creation. Through knowledge alliance, knowledge sharing, organize can absorb a lot of knowledge, skill and experience. Through knowledge digestion and innovation, it can effectively improve the organization’s process, enhance the competitive advantage and improve performance of the organization level. Judging from the existing study, theory research and empirical research on the relation between knowledge sharing among organizations in knowledge alliances and alliance member performance is rare. Therefore, study the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among organizations in knowledge alliance and the influence of knowledge sharing level on alliance member performance has important theoretic and realistic significance.Using the documents analysis and case analysis, this study deeply studied on the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among organizations in knowledge alliance and the influence of knowledge sharing level on alliance member performance. The main research results obtained as follows:Firstly, on the analysis based on a lot of literature material, gives definition of knowledge alliance, the concept of sharing knowledge.Secondly, this study explores the main influence factors of the knowledge sharing among organizations in knowledge alliances, and the impact of knowledge sharing among organizations in knowledge alliances on alliance member performance. Based on the above analysis, advances some knowledge alliance of knowledge sharing between the influencing factors and alliance performance role model.Thirdly, this study thoroughly discusses the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among organizations in knowledge alliance from the object factors, subject factors and environmental factors three Angle. Object factor mainly include epistemic resources and technical resources alliance members have; Subject factors mainly include organization learning abilities of knowledge alliance members, knowledge alliance inter-organizational relationships, organizational cultures of knowledge alliance members; Environmental factors include environmental unrest factors and environmental support factors. And through case studies and classical statistical analysis method verified the influencing factors of knowledge sharing among organizations in knowledge alliance and the influence degree of the knowledge sharing among organizations in knowledge alliance level for the alliance member performance.Finally, this research use variance analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) statistical analysis tools validated influences of the object elements, the subject element and the environment element on the level of knowledge sharing among organizations in knowledge alliance; and validated the effect of knowledge sharing among organizations in knowledge alliance on the performance of alliance members. Thus provides practical and guiding significance of reference frame for effectively develop inter-organizational knowledge sharing in knowledge alliance and improve the performance of alliance member.
