Research On Technological Quality Of Joint Commander

High-developed technology and its wide application had a profound impact in various fields of human life, and put forward new requirements of people’s quality. It is impossible to truly adapt to modern society, and to win in the fierce competition, if you do not have a certain degree of technological quality. The impact of technological progress and its applications in the war can not be ignored. The application of science and technology in the field of military extend human warfare to multidimensional space, and resulted in the generation and joint of military branches. Commanders must have the appropriate technological quality in order to seize the initiative in joint operations.We research the technological quality of the joint commander from the perspective of Philosophy of Science and Technology according to the order of "why","what","how". First, the article reveals the close relationship between the joint operations and technology, as well as importance of joint commander’s technological quality. Secondly, discuses the composition of the scientific and technological quality of the joint operations command personnel from the three levels of awareness, use, and vision with the disciplines of philosophy, education, military and a lot of case of war. Thirdly, to build a combination of subjective and objective, qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the technological quality of the joint commander based on AHP method, and evaluation technological quality of a commander according to this Index. Finally, give some propose of educating joint commander’s technological quality from the multi-stage and multi-dimensional.
