The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the high-quality development of continuing education should be accelerated.As a form of higher education,academic continuing education has not only carried the function of academic compensation in recent years,but also cultivated a large number of application-oriented talents for the country.To promote the high-quality development of higher education continuing education in the new era,education quality evaluation plays an important role in standardizing,improving and guaranteeing,and colleges and universities,as the main body of academic continuing education,have a direct impact on the cultivation of talents in academic continuing education.A sound education evaluation system and mechanism and systematic and scientific education quality evaluation methods play a crucial role in improving the quality and efficiency of continuing education.Based on the practice of higher education continuing education,this study combines literature research,questionnaire survey and participatory practice,and establishes a three-level index and comprehensive evaluation model based on mathematical models and tools such as CIPP model and AHP analytic hierarchy.Based on the actual situation of the School of Continuing Education of H University,empirical research and analysis of advantages and disadvantages are carried out.It is found that the School of Continuing Education of H University has relatively high scores in the teaching process management aspects of teacher management and process evaluation.There are still operational dilemma in the setting of training goals and separation of management and office implementation at the background evaluation level,digital resource supply and teacher workload calculation in the input evaluation level,practical teaching and five education at the process evaluation level,professional career articulation and students’ differentiated needs at the outcome evaluation level.In view of the current situation of the College of Continuing Education of H University at this stage,with the goal of improving and enhancing the quality of continuing education with higher degrees,the training plan is proposed to formulate and implement the requirements for the separation of management and office.Strengthen the investment of educational resources and optimize the supply of teacher recruitment resources;Improve the curriculum of practical teaching and enhance the effectiveness of the five educations;Optimize the optimization strategies and practice paths of professional career articulation and pay attention to the differentiated needs of students.
