| Recent years, the technology progress and the mature construction market put forward more and more highly demand in the area of energy conservation, environment protection, quality of construction and the collaborative work efficiency between multiple stakeholders. Construction engineering standards always play a critical role of technical carrier and transfer tool at this development tendency. Meantime the stakeholders’ activities not only affect the standards application utility, have fundamental role in the area of construction engineering quality, cost and efficiency as well. Due to standardization of construction engineering is influenced by the numerous stakeholders and the collaboration issue, it is necessary to take the research angle of multiple stakeholders’ collaboration for the process of standardization and the optimizing strategy to provide the theory support for the utility enhancing in the area of construction engineering standardization.This paper takes the construction engineering standardization system as the object of study. Consider the standardization activities are far from the stage and isolation process, therefore, the research should focus on the whole process of the standardization and the angle of system optimization triggered by the participants’ behavior. The paper also focuses on the game, evolution and opportunism behavior of stakeholders. According to the restrain and inspire way establish the synergistic effect between system components, and achieve the research goal of construction engineering standardization system optimization finally.This paper takes the self-organization theory, complex system theory and synergetic theory as research foundation, on the basis of research achievement of overseas and domestic, firstly decomposes problems and conceptual system, and takes the evolutionary analysis, analogue simulation and example verification as research method to establish the operating system for the whole process of construction engineering standardization system. Analyzes the typical activities model for the collaboration process of the stakeholders, meantime, the control strategy for stakeholders is given, and the improvement suggestion and development direction are given according to the research findings finally.Firstly, the critical concept of construction engineering standardization, standardization system and stakeholders are analyzed and the relevance between them is given as well. The easily confused concept is defined clearly, meanwhile, the core research issue and the research boundary of construction engineering standardization activities are confirmed. The dynamic mechanism of standardization system operation is given from macroscopic view and discusses the influence law of the macro control factor. According to discusses key of the paper, puts forward the problems during the process of collaboration between stakeholders, and the causes of problems are analyzes.Secondly, as the core objective element of construction engineering standardization system, the complexity of standard system is analyzed. The existence of standard functional group is put forward for the first time, and the complexity root of standard system is given as well. Discusses the condition mechanism of synergy effect of construction engineering standardization system, and the mechanism is taken with complexity root together as the objective basis for this paper. According to establish the multiple stakeholders collaboration model, the paper gives the positive influence on the system from standardization collaboration effect, and then the macroscopic coordination model is given.Thirdly, the whole process research framework of construction engineering standardization system is given. The core research angle is from each collaboration issue during the life cycle of standardization system operation process. The multi Petri net standards preparation model for multi stakeholders is given. First establishes the standard quality diagnosis method based on multi support vector machine, which realizes the widely adopted and scientific judgment for subject’s suggestions from multi stakeholders. The standard implementation method based on the aforementioned method and the clause mapping is given. Based on the dynamic quality diagnosis method, the paper integrates QFD method and elementary theory to establish the dynamic standards revision system, and then an empirical research is give for verification model.Finally, the typical behavior of collaborative process of standardization system is selective analyzed. The launch point of standard forming process should come from the collaborative evolution, different stakeholders cluster generates different standard system. The adopt behavior is discussed and the guide method is given. Meantime, the incentive strategy is given to solve the problem of collaboration barrier caused by information asymmetry.
