Research On Enterpirse Quality Management Error Proofing System

In recent years, enterprise quality problems frequently happened，that has been heavilycriticized. Enterprises quality management activities error proofing awareness has beenestablished gradually, and quality management error-proofing system need to be built urgently.In-depth study of the theory, the connotation of enterprise quality management error-proofing hasbeen proposed, and quality management error-proofing system conceptual framework has beenestablished; Firstly, after Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) of quality managementactivities at all levels in accordance with the ISO9001quality management system standard,quality management error recognition&analysis framework has been built, then, using triangularfuzzy number and gray relational decision approaches to determine the risk priority number(RPN)of various management errors and error-proofing order; Then, applying the Poka-Yoke errorproofing method to quality management activities, and proposing quality managementerror-proofing basic principle and implementation steps for improvement; Finally, making aapplication of the DS evidence theory to build enterprise quality management error-proofingsystem effectiveness evaluation model, taking a construction enterprise as an example forapplication analysis. Error-proofing system of quality management has a reference value for themodern enterprise. It can help to prevent quality management activities errors, to reduce qualitymanagement functions failure, to reduce the potential risk of the quality management process, andto improve the robustness of enterprise.
