Research On The Construction Of Technology Innovation System For The State-owned Enterprise Based On The Organizational Change

The state-owned enterprise plays a key role in the construction of innovative country in China, while the abilities of technology innovation of our state-owned enterprise are quite weak currently and short of improved system of technology innovation. The main purpose of this thesis is to study how to establish the system of technology innovation for the state-owned enterprise so as to improve the abilities of technology innovation of these enterprises. This thesis is combining the methods of standard and practice as well as the theory and practice to summarize an analysis model for the construction of the system of technology innovation and make practical applications in accordance with the specific circumstances of the state-owned enterprise. Firstly, a summary of the theory of technology innovation and organization change is made. Secondly, the relative organization change theories of enterprise technology innovation are discussed combing the above two theories and the special characters of organization change of our state-owned enterprise are analyzed subsequently leading to the subject of this thesis of our state-owned enterprise. Then the recent developments and advanced experiences of foreign countries in the construction of system of technology innovation as well as domestic excellent cases are discussed for reference and the problems in the construction of system of technology innovation for our state-owned enterprise are analyzed deeply and detailed. Lastly, the theory models of the construction of system of technology innovation based on the organization change is put forward combing the abovementioned relative theories and practical experiences and specific analysis and use are made in accordance with the characters of our state-owned enterprise so as to provide a strategic train of thought for our state-owned enterprise which enhances its key competitive abilities based on the technology innovation currently. The innovative points of this thesis are combining the theories of organization change and technology innovation of enterprises and establish a theory model of the construction of system of technology innovation based on the organization change combining the previous analysis to be used practically.
