| In 1984, six cities including Shenyang, Anshan, Fushun, Benxi, Liaoyang, Tieling formed an economical alliance. On April 7,2005, city Yingkou allied itself with them. The seven cities signed cooperative agreement to establish a Metropolitan Coordinating Region of Central Liaoning (Shenyang Metropolitan Area). The city Fuxin joined the alliance in 2008. In April 2010, the State Council, the National Development and Reform Commission officially approved the establishment of this area as the eighth national comprehensive reform pilot area of industrialization. Since the completion of Shenyang Metropolitan Area dominated by industry, a new round of economic structural transformation is conducted. However, it is well known that the Shenyang Metropolitan Area is not only important industrial agglomeration offers, but also is our grain production bases of the country which located in the northeast of the great plains of south. In the background of industrialized countries on the new comprehensive reform In 2010, the agricultural development and agricultural industrial structure adjustment is the extremely mindful development strategy of state and local government. It is essential to reval the history and the process and internal economic laws of agricultural development and the agricultural industrial strucrure.However, none of previous studies focus on the adjustment and its profit of agriculture construction in Shenyang Metropolitan Area. This paper is mainly from the standpoint of regional cooperation. It has studied the influence of agriculture industrial structure in Shenyang Metropolitan Area on the cooperation, as well as the tendency of agriculture industrial structure evolution and the benefit, further, it has proposed for promoting coordinated development and rational distribution of agricultural in Shenyang Metropolitan Area based on the summary agricultural structure evolution characteristics in each city, then provides the base of reasonable construction of agricultural structure to seek more optimized model in promoting economic growth, therefore, it has a certain of theoretical and realistic significance.On the basis of the existing domestic and international research literature review; this paper defined some conception about the agriculture industry structure, constructed the theoretical framework of the paper, and thus lays a foundation of developing the paper, which is the content of the first chapter and the second chapter. Based on this it has launched the following research in four parts:The content of the third chapter is the first part, which talks about the important role that the agriculture industrial structure plays in regional cooperation of Shenyang Metropolitan Area. First it gives a qualitative analysis which predicts that Shenyang Metropolitan Area already has basic preconditions such as natural resources of agriculture, culture, transportation networks, agricultural products, agricultural market system and technical support for the regional cooperation of agricultural structure. Through further quantitative survey, the author estimates finds the declining tendency of structural profit efficiency of eight cooperating cities in Shenyang Metropolitan Area Economic Region. The impact of agricultural industry on the decline of the index was mainly reflected by the contribution of agricultural industry structure. Thus it establishes further perspective of research, namely the fluctuation of profit in agriculture industry structure evolution in the whole economic region and its interior units.The trend analysis about Shenyang Metropolitan Area agricultural industry structure is the second part. This part corresponds to Chapter 4, which is linked to Chapter 5,6 and 7, the four chapters is the core of the economic benefits analysis of agricultural industrial structure. It divides into Descriptive Analysis, Index Evaluation and Province Comparison. First of all, it is found that something from the descriptive analysis of the evolution of agriculture industrial structure in the Area.1.The development of agriculture industry structure inShenyang Metropolitan Area meets the evolving laws basically. the proportion of crop trends to reduce while the proportion of animal husbandry increases.2. As the inflection point in 2006,the changes of planting areas of food crops and non-food crops shows "Pour u-shaped" and "U" type curve in Metropolitan Area.3.After 2007,the proportion of economic crops among agricultural products is growing, the products of animal also responds to rise again and the industrial structure tends to optimize.Second, it is evaluated that the agricultural structure of Shenyang Metropolitan Area by using Fluctuation coefficient of agricultural industry, Conversion speed and direction of the structure factor, structural diversification factor and Structural similarity coefficients.It shows that 1.The stability of agricultural industry is low in Shenyang Metropolitan Area and the fluctuations of agricultural industry is large in each city.2, The agriculture industrial structure is less diversified and it shows a slow downward trend from 2003 to 2008.The evaluation about evolution benefits of agricultural industrial structure in Shenyang Metropolitan Area Economic Developing Area is the third part. This part which is based on Chapter 5,6 and 7 which is the core of the paper.In Chapter 5, Shift-share analysis is mainly used. It is well known that ’Shenyang Metropolitan Area’ is carried out as a conception in 2003. Taking 2003 as a interface, this paper compare the benifits of agricultural structure before and after 5 years. First, based on the perspective of Shenyang Metropolitan Area, it shows that the competitiveness of various agricultural departments appears different degrees of decline after building. Secondly, based on the comparison of two stages,different ministry of agriculture shows different trends, so each agricultural sector has a comparative advantage in some areas.Thus, it analysis the mode of evolution of the agricultural structure from the regional level. The sixth chapter is based on the research above, it has a further comprehensive analysis about the agriculture structure and the farming structure’s evolutive benifits of the mainly 44 countrys’ agricultural industry in Shenyang Metropolitan Area. Their development status and the advantages are classified and sorted. Based on regional cooperation and integrated perspective of the agricultural industrial structure, efficiency and institutional conditions of regional analysis, the seventh chapter summarizes five typical agricultural belts. They are core area metropolis agriculture industry zone, eastern mountainous area conservation forestry zone, southern and eastern rich-water type fishery zone, northern plain intensive type farming and animal husbandry zone, service-oriented agriculture industry zone. Then, the countermeasures about the key and direction to the development of every zone.The fourth part are conclusions and outlook.Which is corresponding to Chapter 8, the conclutions of the review and further study directions are shown in this part. |
