Collecting personal information on the Internet of companies has brought business prosperity, while the data led to the risk of personal information. Online data ecology is not only complex and diverse, data derived from the users’ behavior also continue to develop new features, which put forward higher requirements to protect the personal information. The study argued that, to effectively protect personal information on the Internet,we need to understand the two-wayinteractive mechanism between companies’data behavior and users’Internet participation, then grasp the risks that may occur in every aspect of the interactive process. Under this premise, companies should choose the appropriate and moderate data behavior based on users’attitude of personal information and their risk affordability, balancing the users’risk tolerance and business benefits, to protect users’personal information.
