Wireless networks for industrial automation technology is a kind of wireless communication technology with shot-range, low rate of information exchange emerging at the beginning of this century, it is another key technology following wireless sensor networks and field bus technology. The dissertation sets out from wireless technology for industrial networks, focuses on the study of routing key technology based on the field networks for industrial process automation, study on key points included energy-saving routing algorithm, data aggregation, energy aware routing protocol, inter cluster data aggregation routing mechanisms of wireless networks for industrial automation and other aspects.In industrial scene environment, most sensor nodes are data gather equipments without lasting power capability, so energy-saving is very important; while routing nodes can be powered, so reliable data transmission is even more crucial. To study routing technology in wireless network for industrial automation, network structure of WIA-PA (Wireless Networks for Industrial Automation-Process Automation) and its two layers are analyzed in detail. This dissertation closely integrated with the characteristics of WIA-PA, starting from the basic technologies of the energy saving routing and data aggregation, research focuses on energy-saving routing technology among scene equipments and reliable routing technology among routing equipments based on WIA-PA.By analyzing the existing energy saving routing algorithm in wireless sensor networks and network structure of WIA-PA, several energy-saving routing algorithms are introduced. A multipath energy-saving routing algorithm, a routing algorithm based on virtual communication relationship and a maximum lifetime routing algorithm is proposed. The simulation experiments show that the routing algorithms get more performance in industrial wireless network environments.Within reliable transmission technology in WIA-PA, data aggregation methods, reliable transport mechanisms and multi-path routing mechanisms are presented in detail. By analyzing of the WIA-PA data aggregation methods, a data aggregation routing mechanism with minimum aggregate tree is produced.The theoretical analysis and simulation experiments results show that the designed inter-cluster data aggregation routing mechanism may reduce the communication cost of WIA-PA effectively.In the reliable transmission mechanism area, multi-path routing mechanism in WIA-PA and its implementation is proposed.By analyzing the simulation experiment about anti-jamming capability and other virtual technical indicators, the results show that the reliable transmission is verv effecent. The dissertation designed an energy-aware routing mechanism in wireless network for industrial automationg, including link quality estimation, transmission power adaptation, alternate/parallel multi-path transmission and energy-aware function modules.And then, based on OMNeT++network simulation software and Mobility Framework programming framework, combining the practical industrial scene, author analysises performances of the routing mechanism. The simulation results show that the designed routing mechanism is feasible, with less energy consumption and low delay guarantee the reliability of data transmission, and improve the network life cycle.
