This dissertation views the media activity now in China as a dynamic process in the networked society. To study this process, it tries to analyse the complicated phenomena from the perspective of state governace with the metheology of social networking, and it also discusses the knowledge-power product during this procession. In the first Chapter, this dissertation examines the previous studies about China journalism and media reform and finds the perspective, metheology and direction of the work. It points out that the former works missed an important starting point of the China media system:the state governance; and with the reformation of the China society and the development of the media technology, different forms of media nowadays compete with each other in the field of the communication, the logic is very special and complicated; the third, during the process of the new "news production", a sort of new form of power reproducts. Because this work is based on the Chinese media reality, it is necessary to analysis with the Chinese inner perspective. This work could be divided into three connected parts:history, structure and the knowledge-power analysis. In the first part, to follow the history of Chinese media reformation step by step, we touch every process about how the interactive subjects were born. Secondly, path dependence and multi-logic coexist in the structure of recent Chinese society. The loose social organization form gave chances to individuals and organizations from different groups to connect each other, so a "random social association network" was constructed and led all the communication relationships to transit. Thirdly, numerous social individuals connect with each other to generate dispersive power in the form of socialized information, the knowledge, which the social trust as a kind of social capitalism embedded in. The significance to clarify this point gives an opportunity to the government to rebuild the social turst in China via socialized knowledge product in case individuals couldn’t cooperate if there is no social trust. To conclude,"the good governance" policy is the basic logic for the Chinese government to deal with social and organizational problems which means from the system government to social governace; Secondly, the media organization nowadays is a dynamic media process; Thirdly, communication power is moving from a distinctive, up-to-down, dominant power to a down-to-up relationship power in the form of socialized knowledge production which is the preparation for rebuilding the social turst.
