There were no paper talks about the northeast ethnic journalism and communication in China since the founding of new China, also there were little research on the strategy about the development of northeast journalism and communication.In order to completely and deeply evaluate attributes and characteristics of northeast China journalism and communication, the paper further grasps the development trend of "bipolar structure", In order to provide inspired new theory and practice for the academic and industry, this paper carried out the following main research.Firstly, this paper is based on the time sequence, considering the factors such as social change and media development in China. The development of the contemporary journalism and communication northeast China ethnic minority is divided into four periods:1949,1966-1976-1966,1976-1999and2000-2010, analyzed and explained it according to the different ethnic areas and different media category, especially in2000-2010. This paper also takes into account the minority journalism education, academic research, etc. Secondly, the paper summarizes that, after60years of the development process, the minority journalism and communication in northeast China formed a special "bipolar structure" communication pattern, it was composed of cross-border communication and county rural communication. At the same time, the causes of the pattern formed was in-depth research, put forward that, the main factors influence the journalism and communication of northeast china minority was rural, cross-border ethnic and characteristics of language. Looking for the causes of the formation of the bipolar structure from the development of twenty-first century China social and ethnic minorities in the northeast news media ecology, analyze the process from conception; stirring to establish of "bipolar structure" in60years. The paper focus on the establishment and effectiveness of the "bipolar structure" of minority journalism and communication in northeast China. This paper describes and discusses about national characteristics and the national spirit pursuit in the period that the "bipolar structure" was established.Thirdly, this paper analyzes the problem and reasons of the minority journalism and communication "bipolar structure" in contemporary northeast china, and puts forward five problems:the overall imbalance; the slow development; lack of national characteristics; the surface and unidirectional of transnational nationality communication.
