Research On The Single-piece Management Method, Intelligent Method And Their Applications In Foundry Informatization

With the change of economic environment and the development of information technology, on the one hand, the internal and external situation demands enterprises to have better ability to translate from batch management into single-piece management to track every product; On the other hand, the intelligent features of enterprise information systems are required to be higher. The research on traceability has focused on the product traceability in batch management and the product single-piece traceability in one-of-a-kind production enterprise, but there is still a lack of product single-piece management and retrospect method which is suitable for a variety of modes in enterprise informatization. In addition, there are lots of researches on intelligent method in information system, but few systematic studies about intelligent method in information system from the perspective of people to achieve the information system to intelligently help people work, analysis, thinking, decision-making and accumulated experience, enhance their skills and so on. Therefore, the single-piece management method and the intelligent method in enterprise informatization are studies systematically from the enterprise informatization requirement, including the method definition, concept, content, framework, model, technology, implementation, enterprise application and effect analysis. This work is based on the investigation, design, research&development, implementation, improvement and upgrade in the information construction (ERP project) of a number of foundry enteprises.Fisrtly, the single-piece management system is established according to enterprise requirement on product single-piece traceability. The system consists of three elements, and has two characteristics, and is supported by three models. The three elements are the single-piece number, the lifecycle and process information. The whole lifecycle is divided into four periods:order input period, production preparation period, plan and production period, and shipment and after-sale period. The two characteristics are the batch operating feature and process-driven feature, in order to better achieve the management and control of the full lifecycle information of single-piece product. The three models are the single-piece model, the process-driven model and the surplus period model. The several aspects of the single-piece management method are discussed in detail, including the ideal, definition, framework, content of the three models and key data structure. The method could provide guidance on information system for some enterprises (with the demand of single product traceability) to achieve the single-piece management, such as foundry enterprises, shipbuilding enterprises, mold R&D and production enterprises. Then, the intelligent methodology in enterprise information system is established based on the analysis of the operational nature of the user and enterprise level in information system. The intelligent methodology includes two aspects and six technologies. There are four technologies in the user aspect including intelligent task technology, intelligent analysis technology, intelligent decision-making technology and intelligent hosting technology. There are two technologies in the enterprise aspect including intelligent performance analysis technology and intelligent performance reviews technology. The six technologies in the intelligent methodology are discussed in details, respectively, including technology principle, significance, difficulties and key points in their implementation, providing enterprises with a systematic approach reference of a combination of various types of information systems and intelligent servicesFinally, based upon the practice in foundry industry, a foundry ERP system is developed which integrates the single-piece management method and the intelligence method. In this work, the implementation and application of the three models in the single-piece management method and the six technologies in the intelligent method in foundry enterprises are discussed in detail, and the enterprise application effects of each model and technology and comprehensive application effects are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The application effects show that the single-piece management method and intelligent method are of good guidance and applicability, and are valuable for industrial application and spreading.
