Research On Information Management Mode Based On Dynamic Topology

In our living, every person & every organization often touch with other persons & organizations. The process can only be realized with information communication and administrate the information effectively. The social system we lived can not run without information management. It can provide a convenience channel to human being’s lives & social development to build effective management model structure in order to realize economic sustainable development of the whole world.The paper explains the information management process with elemental thought. The topologic models are built with the elements (information resources, customers, media) of information management. It evaluates the organization of topologic information management and applies the theory in our university academic institutes’ innovational reform. When research the information management process with topology, we link the information management models with topologic mathematic system & give information management more variable explanation. At the same time, we mix vary subjects’ thinking styles to research information management mode in the angle of knowledge. Deeply, a complete information management model was built based on dynamic topology, from information resource management (information gathering, making, storing), building customers’ topologic space, the communicative channels’ combination in pattern & organization to build dynamic information management evaluating model. Every parts of the research are applied in our university academic institutes’ information management.The study in this paper mainly contributes in the following seven fields.(1) Review the important literature along the clue of current studies on dynamic topologic information management. The paper reviews the information management theory based on dynamic topology in the researching process. Sums up the studies development in cross research fields, such as topology, communication, administration & information. Clarify the researched fruits and puts them in order. Find the inadequate ones in researched fruits.(2) Clear the recoganization to concepts of the information management mode based on dynamic topology. Analyzes the concepts of the information management mode based on dynamic topology. Some common concepts of dynamic topologyic information management mode are defined according to the developing practice of information management. Expound the relationship between information organization and information management modethrough which can comprehense the running of dynamic topologyic information management mode deeply. A theoretical framework of information management mode based on dynamic topology is given.(3) Explains the information management process with element mode. An element mode is pointed out in this paper. Information resource, media & customers are elements in information management. That means information organizations gain resource through information requiring analysis, information gathering, making, storing. Who communicates the messages to the customers in some affective channels or media. On the found of evaluating the information organization, the information organizations apply the element mode and gain the feedback information.(4) Built topologic models to information management elementsAnalyse the features of information resources and customers. Apply topologic space theory to build information resource topologic space and customer topologic space. Explain the functions, such as the forming condition, valuable sets, affinity degree & valuable sets changing equation of topologic spaces. Apply topologic homotopy theory to explain the channels between information resource’s space and customers’ space. It proved homotopy relation is equivalence relation. Design the selection policy of information communicating channels.(5) Point out a thought to expoit information resources through denymic topologic storeroom. Explain the affection of information resource, such as science tranmitting, information commucating and knowledge sharing, etc. Explain information exploding through topologic space concept. Pointing out the topologic power in information storeroom is the new information and new requirement emerging. Analyze the feature of topologic storeroom. Advance the thought of estimating method to information element and making up topologic technology.(6) Evaluate the information organization’s achievement of dynamic topologic information management. Based on building the element mode of dynamic topologic information management system, use system achievement evaluation model. It can provide the accordance to evaluate the developing affection of information management system and to spread the method of dynamic topologic information management. A practical example was used to illustrate the proposed method.(7) The dynamic topologic information management mode was applied to our university academic institutes’ innovation system. Use topologic storeroom to university academic institutes’ project bringing out mechanism. Analyze the style of customers’ value unify. Point out the customers’ requirement should be satisfied through project management. Point out that a dynamic vital organization should be set up and make media elective policy. Build an evaluating quato system to evaluate the university academic institutes’ achievement. At last design the developing blueprint of university academic institutes.
