In China’s 55 ethnic minorities, Chinese Koreans have formed a unique history and development, with the continuous development of China’s society and economy, Chinese Korean society has undergone tremendous changes. The late 1970 s, changes in China’s social system to create a Chinese Korean peasant migration conditions, many Chinese Koreans began to leave the original place of residence, move to areas with better economic conditions. Especially China and ROK established diplomatic relations in 1992, there are a lot of Chinese Koreans by virtue of the Korean language and similar cultural backgrounds migrated to ROK for work or business. In addition to large-scale population migration, another typical feature of Chinese Korean population development is particularly low fertility rate; large-scale migration and ultra-low fertility rate lead to Chinese Korean population decline year after year. From a demographic point of view, the migration and fertility behavior of Chinese Koreans have a typical representation and advancement, and large-scale population migration was the main factor causing the declining fertility of Chinese Korean population, which we main concern. Proceeding from this, this paper attempts a comprehensive analysis of the main factors of Chinese Korean migration and fertility behavior to analyze and determine the degree of influence of Chinese Korean migration on fertility behavior. This paper reviews the social background of Chinese Korean migration, from a historical and a social point of view to clarify the history of Chinese Korean migration, and then summarized the Chinese Korean migration and fertility behavior characteristics, and analyzes the impact of Chinese Korean migration on fertility behavior from three aspects: first, through analyze the influence factors of Chinese Korean migration to grasp the sex ratio of the migrating people, age distribution and the main destination of migration in order to determine the main migration Chinese Korean, and estimate are there people can influence fertility behavior; second, by analyzing the impact of migration behavior on Chinese Korean first-birth second-birth behavior, to grasp the degree of influence of migration on Chinese Korean fertility behavior; third, from the Trinity of history, social and individual point of view to analyze the impact of migration behavior in the individual life course, especially for the fertility behavior. In this paper, research methods including literature research, field research, in-depth interview method, binary and multiple Logistic regressions, event history analysis by SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software for quantitative analysis of the research object. The main source of data are the previous national census data and the 2012 monitoring survey data of floating population in three kinds of regions organized by the former National Population and Family Planning Commission, the data are authoritative, accurate and verifiable. This paper is divided into eight chapters; the main contents are as follows:The first chapter is an introduction, mainly describes the background, significance, methods, contents, data sources, and the possible innovation and the insufficiency of the research. Chinese Koreans have formed a unique history and development, large-scale migration and ultra-low fertility rate lead to Chinese Korean population decline year after year. From a demographic point of view, the migration and fertility behavior of Chinese Koreans have a typical representation and advancement, and large-scale population migration was the main factor causing the declining fertility of Chinese Korean population, which we main concern. The second chapter of the text describes and defines the confusing concepts as “Chinese Korean”, “Migration in China” and “fertility behavior”, cites relevant theories about migration, fertility and the fertility behavior of migrants. And then we combs and analyzes a literal review of current research about Chinese Korean migration, fertility and the fertility behavior of migrants from two aspects of domestic and foreign. The third chapter introduces the background and history of Chinese Korean migration, and looks back upon the migration-related policies of China and the Korean peninsula, and combs the Korean migrated into China, and formatted the traditional settlements area, and the process of Chinese Korean migrated out of the traditional settlements area, to the coastal economically developed cities and ROK for work or business and formed new Chinese Korean settlements. The fourth chapter summarizes and analysis Chinese Korean migration and fertility characteristics, this section intends to describe the basic situation of the Chinese Korean migration, migration forms and the situation of Chinese Korean fertility, and provides a basic understanding framework for the main part of the research. The fifth chapter analyzes the influence factors of Chinese Korean migration through Binary and Multinomial Logistic regressions. After analyzed Chinese Korean migration, the researchers found that Chinese Korean migration characteristics are somewhat different from other nations, Chinese Korean women’s migration patterns are mostly “Independence”. Binary and Multinomial Logistic regressions also showed that the risk of Chinese Korean women is higher than men. Given the special and typical nature of Chinese Korean women migration, later in the chapter we analyze the influence factors of Chinese Korean women migration. The first part of Chapter VI we establishes a Cox proportional hazard model to analyze the impact of migration on Chinese Korean women’s first-birth behavior, and the second part we establishes a discrete-time model to analyze the impact of migration on Chinese Korean women’s second-birth behavior. By the analysis of the sixth chapter, the results show that the impact of migration on Chinese Korean women’s fertility behavior is so tremendous that it is one of the most important factors in changing Chinese Korean women’s fertility behavior. The research also verified the feasibility of socialization hypothesis, adaptation assumptions and disruptive assumptions on Chinese Korean women’s fertility behavior through establishes models of first-birth and second-birth behavior.Chapter VII we based on the theory of the life course, using the method of the Trinity of history, social and individual point of view to discuss how can migration influences Chinese Korean women’s fertility behavior by some media factors, which leads to the low level of Chinese Korean fertility. Although the migration behavior is the decision of oneself, it is contacted with the social background of the migrants. Migration is the important turning point of one`s life, it will make a series changes for the migrants.Chapter VIII summarizes some problems resulted by Chinese Korean migration. The large scale of migration of Chinese Korean takes huge changes for the Chinese Korean society. At the same time, the low level of fertility and the rapid transformation of fertility behavior of Chinese Korean affect their society obviously. How to face and sovle the problems arised from migration and fertility, is an important problem. We summarizes some problems resulted by Chinese Korean migration and fertility, then put forward some solutions to solve these problems.
