Research On Chinese College Students’ Marxism Faith Education In The21st Century

Researches on "faith "and "faith education" within the field of humanities and social science are never ignored. Since liberalization in1978, our country has entered the social transformation, and the social aspects of the society have changed. Into twenty-first Century, the social transformation of the various structural tensions further intensified.In this period,no matter complicated international and domestic contradictions we face, or historical mission we shoulder, a firm faith is needed. Our college students are the focus modified by western ideology, so if they lack firm faith of Marxism, how can we guarantee our country is controlled by Marxists? Therefore, taking "the21st century"as the scope of time,"Chinese college students"as the research object, and "Marxism faith education" as the research contents, this paper focuses on the following four aspects:Chapter1:The scientific connotation of Chinese college students’ Marxist faith education. This article clarify the faith, Marxist belief, Marxism faith education. On the basis of these related concept, it defines the modern college students’ Marxism faith education is:along with the international and domestic new change since liberalization in1978, educate modern college students on purpose, with organized plans from four dimension--knowledge, emotion, will and practice, cultivating their convince on the theory essence, social personality, social ideal, spirit and moral norms of Marxism and helping them set up infinite convince on Marxism and take it as their highest value targets by persistent social practice.Chapter2:The formation mechanism of college students’ Marxism faith. We find that the faith need of subjects is a motive force of college students’ Marxism faith formation, the faith choice is key to college students’ Marxism faith, and faith practice is the basic way for college students to form the Marxism belief.Chapter3:Difficulties in educating the Chinese college student in the21st century to set Marxism faith. This part mainly analyzes the present situation of modern college students’ Marxism faith, summarizes the achievements of the college students’ Marxism faith education and experience; then analyzed the plight of the Marxist belief education of modern students, finally discusses the causes of these problems.Chapter4:Ways of strengthen Chinese college students’ Marxism faith education. Based on the above analysis, this paper proposes nine alternatives ways:Avoid "four big mistakes" in the target of Marxism faith education; Comprehend value of Marxism faith education; Strengthen the theory foundation of Marxist belief education; Consolidate the main channel of Marxist belief education; Set the value platform of the modern college students’ Marxism faith education; Foster Marx’s belief organizational carrier; Coordinate the interest relations of Marxism faith generating; Conducive good campus culture; Eliminate the spirit fog which affect college students’ Marxism faith education.However, in the biggest socialist country, there’s still a long way to go as for how to make the social members, especially college students to be faithful to Marxism and stick to Marxist belief. Therefore, the ideological and political educators should shoulder their responsibilities.
