Effectiveness of the Ideological and Political Education has caused widespread concernof the whole society. This study is based on departure from the Ideological and PoliticalEducation, Philosophy, Ethics, Sociology, Pedagogy and Anthropology combination ofangles through rational analysis of the problems in the educational activities, to raise themoral caring idea of the Ideological and Political Education. Investigate the associationbetween moral caring and the Ideological and Political Education. Combining with the actualwork of teaching, research the Ideological and Political Education of moral caring andconstructive ideas and countermeasures to solve practical problems and improve theeffectiveness of the Ideological and Political Education.This study consists of five parts:First, introduction part: Overview of the background and status in quo of researchtopics, ideas and framework of the papers, research value and so on.
