A Special Period Of The Fine Arts Creation

Comrade Mao Zedong’s speech at the Yan’an Forum on literature and art was the guiding principles of the art development in China,1950-1980.Art production had became a collective creation and directed by politics in the Cultural Revolution. But, the productions of an artistic group which was founded in Shaanxi province in that decade, were different from the mainstream creative environment And they also had significiant characteristics of the times. Be the official artistic creative team of Shaanxi, its name was "QinWenMei". "Qin" standed for Shaanxi, "Wen" standed for Bureau of culture, "Mei" standed for the art creation group, the whole name emphasized collectivity.The elites of art circles in Shaanxi province were recruited into that team. Productions of "QinWenMei" were significant in the art circles of China, and members belonged it also influenced the art development of Shaanxi,even the whole country from then on.In this paper,The author analyzed the historical background firstly.Organized the relatively complete data of "Qin Wenmei" ’s experience with the historical materials、literatures,and interviews of the persons involved.The author reaserched the works which had been created by "Qin Wenmei" assured one by one as well.Combeded the influence 、 the historical origin 、 the aesthetic theory of this group,found the fundamental cause of its appearance from the skeleton of the Chinese art development,and the commonalities in world artistic history.Through analyzed the typical theory which influence the development of Chinese aesthetics,author found the historical origin of Chinese art development included "Qin Wenmei",drew a conclusion objective and fair,and knew where its valuable.Now in the aspect of academic research, there are a great number of discussions about Cultural Revolution Fine Arts concentrate on a slogan-like introspeation, do not thinking deeply about its developing skeleton and composition form. The discussions also hold a critical viewpoint about collective creativity, are not treating it as a necessary object witch was dued to the development of history. Although Cultural Revolution leaded to great damage to China, its appearance was not accidental because of the inevitabillity of history. Profiling "QinWenMei" as a typical target has the important value to us, it is a breaking through point to learning throughly about artistic works created in Cultural Revolution. Researches before were trapped by critiquing the "red and bright", but studying about "QinWenMei" could get rid of the bound because of its confrontation with aesthetic views of Cultural Revolution Fine Arts.This paper takes "QinWen Mei" as the research topic, goes into perticulars on this artistic creative team around parties’ description and information collection; finding the root cause of its appearance from the development of Chinese arts; finding the commonness about the similar groups in the scope of world art history. Through the analysis of "throry of arts models" which has a great impact on the development of Chinese arts, discover the origin of the chinese art, and the true value of "Qin WenMei".
