Its site was located in Drehem village of modern Iraq. The establishment of Animal Center was to control the more and more animals from various regions conveniencely. The fattened and high quality animals as the daily and festival sacrifice were consecrated to the king of gods Enlil, whose consort Ninlil and other relevant gods in the religious city Nippur by royal family, the governors of various regions, the managers of temple and other people. Non-fattened and low quality animals were sent to kitchen as the meat of officials of palace, foreign envoys and royal soldiers. Dead animals were sent to the storeroom and processed to finished products. Puzrish-Dagan Animal Center was an important economic managerment organization of Ur III dynasty, it held the balance in the dynastic ecnomic managerment system.This paper was divided into two volumes. Volume 1 emphasized on the research of archives, and volume 2 emphasized on the reconstruction of archives. In volume 1 we made research on the archive of queen Shulgi-simti Animal Office, the files of dowager Abi-simti and the archives of Ashniu and Beli-arik respectively. The analisis of Shulgi-simti Animal Office archive orderly introduced the establishment of Shulgi-simti Animal Office and her lifetime, the officials of Animal Office. And we also made a research on the expenditure items of Animal Office; In the files of dowager Abi-simti we discussed the identity of dowager Abi-simti, the various sources of animals which were eated by the dowager, and the role of dowager Abi-simti in sacrifice and textile production separately; In the archives analysis of Ashniu and Beli-arik we expounded their identity, workmates and economic activities. In volume 2 we sorted and reconstructed the original documents of queen Shulgi-simti Animal Office, dowager Abi-simti, Ashniu and Beli-arik in chronological sequence, which had already been gathered, and transliterate Sumerian, and translated them into Chinese and Enlish.By the archive analysis of queen Shulgi-simti Animal Office and the files analysis of dowager Abi-simti, we could know that queen Shulgi-simti and dowager Abi-simti were the same person. During the reign period of Shulgi, her name was Shulgi-simti, during the reign period of Amar-Sin and Shu-Sin, because of tabooing their father‘s name, her sons changed her name to Abi-simti. The archive documents of queen Shulgi-simti Animal Office amounted to 563, which started in January of Shulgi 28, ended in October of Shulgi 48. The files of dowager Abi-simti added up to 102, which started on the 2nd day of November in Amar-Sin 1, ended in December of Shu-Sin 9. Queen Shulgi-simti was an important royal member, she went through the reign of nearly totally 38 of Shulgi, Amar-Sin and Shu-Sin. She witnessed the flourish and decline of Ur III dynasty.
