To Copare The Clinical Effcets Between Fire Needle And Surround Needling In Treating Acne And Conducting Experimental Study On Its Mechanism

Objective:Given the extensive clinical use of acupoint catgut embedding therapy and electro-acupuncture therapy in simple obesity treatment, to observe and compare the therapeutic effects between the above therapies and the combination of both to further study their respective advantages, mechanism of action in treating the simple obesity especially the impacts on distribution of fat by the use of the human body composition analyzer for the suitable treatment plan.Method:According to the random principle, all 108 patients with simple obesity are assigned to "electro-acupuncture group", "acupoint catgut embedding group" and the "electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding group ", then 11 cases are removed. Finally, there are 31 cases in electro-acupuncture group, in which electro-acupuncture (the three kinds of frequency 2Hz, 10Hz, 100Hz used interchangeably,30minutes) treatment are applied at the pointsof the abdomen and the legs once every two days for six weeks; 34 cases in acupoint catgut embedding group, PGLA are embedding in the selected same p-oints once every ten days and the main pints are Zhongwan(CV12), Tianshu(S25), Shuidao(S28), Qihai(CV6), Liangqiu(ST34), Zusanli(ST36). Futu(S32) and Fenglong(ST40) can be added if the leg is fat as well as Quchi(LI11) and Jianyu(LI15) should be added if the arm is fat. The 32 patients of electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding group are under treatment of bothe electro-acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding. The first electro-acupuncture is operated four days after the acupoint catgut embedding. The treatment lasted for 6 weeks. All patients are examined before and after treatment by the medical examiner by the use of InBody 720 to record the height, Health assessment score, BMI, WHR, BF%, VFA%, BMR, Protein, minerals, ICW, ECF and the segmental fat distri-bution.Result:1. The total effective rate of these three kinds of treatment on simple obesity are respectively 77.42% 73.53%,90.62%, from which we can see that the electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding group has the optimal efficacy of 90.62% (P<0.05), then the electro-acupuncture group with the 77.42%, and the acupoint catgut embedding group with the worst of 73.53%.2. All the three kinds of treatment reduce the obesity indexes including BMI、WHR、BF%、 VFA% and so on. However, the electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding group has the biggest falls(P<0.05).3. The decreases of fat in torso(mainly refers to the abdominal fat) are more than that of the limbs fat reduction. The effect of lowering the legs and the abdomen fat in electro-acupuncture group is better than acupoint catgut embedding group(P<0.05), whereas the electro-acupuncture combined with acupoint catgut embedding group has higher efficiency than the other two groups in reducing the fat in the limbs and the torso, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05)4. All of the treatments can improve the lower BMR in patients with the simple obesity, reduce the fat content and transfer into more muscle(P<0.05),which we can see from the health assessment score that more of people less than 70 points of weak physique reach to the normal range of 70-90.5.There is no significant statistically change in the content of Protein, minerals, ICW, ECF which still remain in the normal range among the there groups (P>0.05).
