| Objective:Refractory lung diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,bronchial asthma, interstitial pneumonia, lung cancer,have diverse etiology, complex pathogenesis,and the morbidity, mortality are rising too.But now there don’t have any effective clinical treatment. In recent years,as the application of TCM luobing theory in curing difficult diseases has achieved great efficacy,the relationship between refractory lung diseases and TCM luobing theory gradually attracted academic attention,and becoming the hotspot.We look forward to reveal the true meaning and the relationship of refractory lung diseases and the TCM luobing theory,and find the breakthrough of curing. Summarizing Zhu Liangchun’s experiences and featured drugs which based on TCM theory,modern medicine and righting tongluo theory in cuing refractory lung diseases, as to provide a theoretical basis and experience of using drugs.Based on Zhu Liangchun’s theroy about deficiency of lung collaterals and phlegm blood stasis poison resistance to lung, to observe the clinical effect and mechanism on the treatment of bronchial asthma by using righting tongluo (Zhu Modified Dingchuan powder).Methods:To summarize the reviews of TCM luobing theory, its achievements in curing refractory lung diseases,and also to discover the relationship between them,I read zhuliangchun’s books,cases and most apprentice’s papers to sort,inherit and study zhuliangchun’s theory experience and featured drugs in preventing and curing the dificult pulmonary diseases. Summarized Zhu Liangchun’s experience and featured drugs which based on TCM theory,modern medicine and righting tongluo theory in cuing refractory lung diseases. And the clinic research was take,100 cases of asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group. Two groups were regular inhaled seretide 50/250ug q12h,the treatment group also gives Modified Dingchuan powder.Two groups were compared after 3 months. All patients were observed before and after treatment of asthma exacerbation conditions, ACT scores. The comparison of FEV1 mutation rate,FEV1% and interleukin-4, tumor necrosis factor -a,IFN-γ increased in one month and three months after treatment. If the management met any difficulties, timely advising Zhulao for help.Results:TCM luobing theory can be used in curing the refractory lung diseases. Zhulao considered the deficiency of lung collaterals and phlegm blood stasis poison resistance to lung as the common pathogenesi in refractory lung diseases.So when we met these difficulties,we need to phlegming,romoting blood circulation, detoxication and tongluo.As the deficiency of lung vitality is the basis,we need to distinguish the deficiency of qi,blood,yin,yang, and using the righting tongluo, combined with identifying diseases,as to cuing the lung collaterals.During the cuing,we should find which is the foremost one to aheive the better efficacy.The clinic results which used zhuliangchun’s righting tongluo in cuing asthma were as follows:The clinical cure rate of treatment group was 96.00%, the control was 84.00%,treatment group is significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). ACT scores,FEV1%, IFN-γ (P<0.05) were raised and in the sometime FEV1 mutation rate,TNF-a, IL-4 levels were reduced after one month and three months.Conclusion:TCM luobing theory can be used in curing refractory lung diseases. Zhuliangchun’s righting tongluo theory is the effective one to curing refractory lung diseases.The clincs results also supported this point.Oral Modified Dingchuan Powder was the useful prescription for preventing and treating asthma.And the study widened the cogitation in curing the refractory lung diseases. |
