Based On The Theory Of "five Luck And Six Qi" To Explore The Correlation Between Congenital Endowment And The Occurrence Of Bronchial Asthma

PurposeThrough the questionnaire survey on the birth date and related risk factors of asthma pat-ients,explore the correlation and correlation strength between the distribution characteristics of Yun-Qi of birthday and the occurrence of asthma,to provid a new idea for the clinical pre-vention and treatment of asthma.MethodIn this study,a case-control design was adopted.Patients with asthma who visited the re-spiratory department of Dong Zhi men Hospital of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 21,2018 to January 21,2019 were selected as the case group.The he-althy population selected from the health examination center of Dong Zhi men Hospital at the s-ame time was taken as the control group and matched with the case group at a ratio of 1:1.Self-designed questionnaire on asthma risk factors,including birth date,sex,age,family history of asthma,smoking history,history of allergic rhinitis,etc.Single factor analysis was carried out on the risk factors,and multivariate logistic regression analysis was carried out with the index of p<0.10 as the independent variable in the results to explore the correlation between Yun-Qi factor at birth(NianGan,SuiYun,SiTian,ZaiQuan,ZhuQi,KeQi)and other risk factors and the occurrence of asthma.Result1.General situationA total of 329 questionnaires were distributed in this study,all of which were recovered,of which 302 were qualified.A total of 302 subjects were included,151 in the case group and 151 in the control group.There were 47 males and 104 females in the case group,with a mini-mum age of 21 years and a maximum age of 70 years,with an average age of 50.42±12.503 years old.There were 50 males and 101 females in the control group,the minimum age was 22 years old,the maximum age was 70 years old,and the average age was 48.60±12.137 years old.There was no significant difference in gender and age distribution between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Risk factor analysis(1)descriptive analysisthe risk of asthma is higher for people born in the period of Ding-years(68.8%),Wood-years(63.8%),little fire-Shaoyang of SiTian(62.7%),little wood-Jueyin of ZaiQuan(62.0%),little fire-Shaoyin of ZhuQi(61.9%)and great mental-Yangming of KeQi(59.6%).The risk of asthma is relatively lower for people born in the period of Jia-years(29.2%),Earth-years(37.0%),great water-Taiyang of SiTian(35.8%),great earth-Taiyin of Zai-Quan(35.8%),great water-Taiyang of ZhuQi(34.0%)and great earth-Taiyin of KeQi(44.4%).(2)single factor analysis? Yun-Qi factors of birthday:the distribution characteristics of NianGan,SuiYun and ZhuQi in the Yun-Qi factors were significantly correlated with the occurrence of asthma.Among them,The population whose birth year is Jia-year has the lowest risk of asthma.Ding-year is the highest(P=0.004),and its risk of asthma is 5.343 times that of Jia-years.Those born in the Earth-years have the lowest risk of asthma,0.809 times as much as those born in Fire-years.And those born in the Wood-years have the highist risk of asthma(P=0.016),their risk of asthma is 2.420 times that of Fire-years.The population whose ZhuQi in birthday is great water-Taiyang has the lowest risk of asthma,little fire-Shaoyin is the highest(P=0.010),and its risk of astham is 3.1481 times that of great water-Taiyang.? Other risk factors:family history of asthma,history of smoking,history of allergic rhinitis,personal history of allergy,and occupational history of special exposure were significantly positively correlated with the occurrence of asthma(P<0.001).There was no significant correlation between obesity and asthma(P=0.369).(3)Multivariate logistic analysis? The population whose birth year is Gui-years has the lowest risk of asthma.In Geng-years is the highest(P=0.025),followed by Ding-years(P=0.026),The correspondding risk of astham was 8.285 times and 8.066 times of that in Gui-years respectively.? The population whose ZhuQi in birthday is great water-Taiyang has the lowest risk of asthma,Great-earth-Taiyin is the highest(P=0.006),and its risk of astham is 8.541 times that of great water-Taiyang.? Family history of asthma,smoking history,history of allergic rhinitis and special occupational exposure history are independent risk factors for asthma.Conclusion(1)The Yun-Qi factors at birth that affect asthma attack are wood,mental and fire,espe-cially the NianGan,SuiYun,and ZhuQi factors more.(2)The distribution characteristics of NianGan and ZhuQi in birthday are obviously corr-elated with the occurrence of asthma.Geng-years,Ding-years and great earth-Taiyin in ZhuQi may be risk factors for asthma,while Jia-Years and great water-Taiyang in ZhuQi may be pr-otective factors for asthma.
