Obese Women With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome TCM Constitution Types Of Patients Studied

Objective: obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome patients were investigated, induction physical distribution characteristics of TCM obese PCOS.Methods: Collect Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TCM gynecology clinic and 70 patients diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome, obesity cases among 35 cases, 35 cases of non-obese patients, compared and analyzed statistically.Results: ①obese group was obese accounted for 74.29%, second degree obesity accounted for 25.71 percent, the non-obese group were pre-obese have a greater proportion of 28.57%; ②TCM constitution obese group were in the top three yang quality, phlegm and qi deficiency(57.14% of the patients); and non-obese group, the top three were Yang and quality TCM constitution, heat, qi quality(accounting for 68.57% of this group of cases); groups patients are in work and study pressure greater financial occupations and ③mostly students.Conclusion: Yang and quality, phlegm and qi deficiency is more common in obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome TCM Constitution; work and study pressure may be a factor in polycystic ovary syndrome.
