Background:Three dimensional ultrasound imaging can accurately locate the lesion. The progress of dimensional ultrasound bladder measuring technical advanced the accuracy of measurement, the application of new three-dimensional ultrasound technology in bladder, provide imaging bases for bladder cancer prognosis assessment and ultrasonic treatment, This article mainly studied the bladder 3D ultrasound imaging technique, and low intensity ultrasound treatment of bladder cancer cells for the exploratory study, in vitro.Methods:In 3D ultrasound imaging of the bladder. The research combined with FPGA hardware acceleration and OpenGL calculation software, realizes the 3D ultrasound image reconstruction of bladder. In the treatment of bladder tumor, we culture of bladder cancer cells, and used 1MHz non-focused low-intensity ultrasound induced apoptosis in bladder cancer cells, we used related experiment method, and researched the molecular mechanism preliminarily.Result:Three dimensional ultrasound reconstruction algorithm for bladder image.1. B-type ultrasonic probe bladder scanning, ultrasonic probe scanning sector rotate along the axial angle of successive, to get all bladder section sequence for the three-dimensional reconstruction of the bladder,2. The sequence of the image preprocessing, including:image filtering, image smoothing, image interpolation, edge image boundary extraction,3. surface reconstruction:according to the characteristic of ultrasound image in bladder, a special method of surface rendering was designed. The hardware and software and eliminating hidden light processing technology of bladder 3D image surface rendering, while the reconstruction of the three-dimensional structure of the bladder can be displayed clearly on the screen,4. Volume reconstruction:designing a special spatial interpolation algorithm of this system, in order to calculate the bladder volume and bladder tumor location.Molecular mechanism of low intensity ultrasound induced apoptosis.1. we used unltrasound at a frequency of 1 MHz on bladder cancer 5637 cells, bladder cancer T24 cells and HEp-2 cells, respectively, and found that LIU can inhibit cell proliferation and induce apoptosis,2. Application of cell biology and molecular biology experiment, we demonstrated partially molecular mechanism of LIU-induced apoptosis; 3. The study found that Caveolin-1 mediates LIU-induced apoptosis via down-regulation of signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 phosphorylation, and STAT3 interacts with BID to regulate the apoptosis induced by LIU, these signaling pathways play a key role in regulation of cell apoptosis.This paper has not only shed light on the molecular mechanism underlying LIU-induced apoptosis but also is meaningful for the potential bladder cancer therapy.
