Background:Cervical spondylosis is caused by degeneration of cervical spine stenosis of cervical spinal or vertebral foramen distortion, and stimulating the cervical spinal cord, nerve roots, and oppression, and the clinical symptoms of the disease caused by this disease in patients over 40 years. Common symptoms include:headache, dizziness, inability of upper limb pain, neck pain, stiffness, numbness, severe lower extremities spasms, walking difficulties, or even paralysis of limbs, bowel disorder and paralysis. The main causes and age of onset of cervical spondylotic myelopathy and chronic fatigue related, its incidence to older people in the crowd, also common in long-term fault effects of chronic strain in the crowd. Research has shown that, at present more younger cervical spondylosis, its incidence is increasing year by year, becoming one of the common diseases of human quality of life and health. Strengthen the study of cervical spondylotic myelopathy, explore effective methods of treatment is of important practical significance. Can be divided into the nerve root type of cervical spondylosis, spinal cord, vertebral artery sympathetic nerve type and another type, the type, and so on. This study is intended primarily for patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, discussion on the effect of acupuncture combined with chiropractic (spine diorthosis) to treat this disease. Objective:Observation the acupuncture combined with chiropractic (spine diorthosis) treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis and of the influence of X-ray, TCD and explore its mechanism.Method:The research method is to divide the patients (80cases) who meet the vertebral artery of Cervical Spondylosis diagnostic criteria into two groups randomly: manipulation for acupuncture combined with chiropractic (spine diorthosis) method as treatment group (40cases) while acupuncture as control group (40cases) · We wanted to observe the cervical vertigo symptom and functional accumulated points’ positive sign’ x-ray’ Hemorheology and TCD changes and adverse effect for both groups on anteroposterior treatment time. We followed up for one months.Result:The total effective rate of the test group is 92.11%, and the total effective rate of the control group is 80.55%, the results show that the efficacy of acupuncture combined with chiropractic (spine diorthosis) treatment for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis is better than the single acupuncture effect (P<0.05). Our manipulations can significantly improve cervical vertigo symptom and function(P<0.01),release muscle spasm and joints swelling and pain(P<0.01) ,improve vertebral basilar state(P<0.01). The treatment group didn’t have any adverse effect while the prostecdtive efficacy was steady. Conclusion:The efficacy of acupuncture combined with chiropractic (spine diorthosis) treatment for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis was an effective-safe and reasonable treatment for CSA. The mechanism was to adjust osseous structure of cervical vertebra via releasing muscle spasm and then to recover its balance of anterior-interior mechanism. Reduce the stimulation of the sympathetic nerve and vertebral artery or oppression, thereby improving the vertebral basilar state, achieve a clinical effect. This findings may provide the standard, the science technical operation text for the clinical care Hypertension by Cervical Spondylosis, may promote the application in clinical.
