Discussion On Lung Blood

Objective: Combined with the literature research, modern research and clinical research method,we propose that the lung is not only Qi zang,but also blood zang,explicit that the lung blood deficiency is existent, discuss it,s connotation and the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of lung blood deficiency, provide theory basis for the diagnosis and treatment of lung blood deficiency. which can provide the scientific theory basis to the clinical diagnosis and treatment for lung blood deficiency,we could develop the theory of lung phlegm in traditional Chinese medicine, enrich the concept of symptom of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: The method combined with the literature research, modern research and clinical research method. In the literature research, we refer to the documents to expound the lung blood theory; in the modern research, we expound the connection of the lung blood and modern research from different perspectives; in the clinical research, we observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients.Results: First, the article elaborate the concept and connotation of lung blood and lung blood deficiency theory,analyze the reasons about less mentioned lung blood,elaborate the existence of lung blood deficiency from several aspects.Second,discuss the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of lung blood deficiency,provide theory basis for the diagnosis and treatment of lung blood deficiency.Third,through clinical observation,it reveasl that the blood type of prescription can relieve symptoms, CAT score, enhance SGRQ-C and 6 minute walk distance of COPD patient. It also can improve the FEV1 level.Conclusion: First, the lung is not only Qi zang,but also blood zang. Second, the lung blood deficiency is objectively existent.Third, through clinical observation,it reveals that the blood type of prescription can relieve symptoms, CAT score, enhance SGRQ-Cand 6 minute walk distance, It also can improve the FEV1 level.
