The present study aims to explore the theory and practice of dietetic healthpreservation under the influence of the spleen and stomach theory. Although there aremany researchers who are focusing on dietetic health preservation and the spleen andstomach theory,few investigators selected the spleen and stomach theory as thebreakthrough point,so I select this topic to explore and research is suitable.The present study has used literature research method to boil down the documentliterature which are associated with dietetic health preservation and the spleen and stomachtheory,selecting the spleen and stomach theory as the breakthrough point.The main resultsobtained from the research are:First,it is the prerequisite for dietetic health preservation to comfort the five internalorgans by regulating the spleen and stomach. Second,five tastes can adjust the five internalorgans based on the basis of the nature of the food taste function theory.It is possible toachieve the goal of nourishing of life though adjusting diet.Third,pointing out theprinciples and methods of strengthening the spleen and stomach by dietetic healthpreservation. Fourth,putting forward some principle and methods of dietetic healthpreservation to take care of the spleen and stomach according to different time,crowd andlocus.Through this research, we can draw the conclusions,the spleen and stomach theorydrives the development of dietetic health preservation,it is obvious to health our bodiesthrough dietetic health preservation and keeping the health of the spleen and stomach.
