Purpose:In order to determine the clinical efficacy of the treatment abdominal massageand compatibility of acupoints with simple obesity and metabolic intervention effects onlipids in obese patients with simple, thus explore the mechanism of massage therapy forsimple obesity, provide reliable clinical and experimental evidence for the treatmentabdominal massage treatment of simple obesity.Method: In functional constipation for the study of the simple obesity, respectively tocarry out clinical research.Clinical studies choose120patients with simple obesity, divided into the massagegroup1(normal massage), the massage group2(abdominal massage), the massage group3(abdominal massage+Zhongwan Zusanli acupoint) and drug group (oral treatmentShenlingbaizhusan) citrate four treatment group,10days for a course of treatment, twocourses of treatment before8days rest2days, and then continue to the next course oftreatment, last a course of treatment10times, total26treatments; Oral drugs, a total ofjust4weeks and in the group, the group1week before massage, respectively, using theBMI, Five body circumference(Arm circumference, waist circumference, hipcircumference, thigh circumference, waist-hip ratio) TCM symptom score to evaluate eachtreatment group; while taking abdominal fat cells, using RT-PCR fluorescence PCRmethod, detect the expression of PPARγ in fat cells.Result:Body mass index(BMI) before and after treatment in each group comparison, all have statistical significance (P <0.05); BMI before and after treatment between massagegroup1and drug group have therapeutic effect (P <0.05); among other groups aftertreatment showed no significant BMI difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Massage group1before and after treatment waist, thigh circumference was statisticallysignificant(P <0.05); Massage group2before and after treatment waist, thighcircumference was statistically significant(P <0.05); Massage group3before and aftertreatment waist, thigh circumference was statistically significant(P <0.05); drug groupbefore and after treatment waist, thigh circumference was statistically significant(P <0.05);Comparison of the results between the groups no significant difference after treatment, no statistically significant(P <0.05); Massage group1for physical fatigue, diarrhea and othersymptoms are more points before and after treatment was significant difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05); while for abdominal distention after eating, mentalfatigue lazy words, pale tongue with teeth marks and other symptoms before and aftertreatment Credits There was no statistical significance (P>0.05).Massage group2for physical fatigue, diarrhea, mental fatigue lazy words and othersymptoms are more points before and after treatment was significant difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05); while for abdominal distention after eating, pale tonguewith teeth marks and other symptoms before and after treatment Credits There was nostatistical significance (P>0.05).Massage group3for physical fatigue, abdominal distention after eating, diarrhea, pale tongue with teeth marks and other symptoms are more points before and after treatmentwas significant difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); while for mental fatiguelazy words and other symptoms before and after treatment Credits There was no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05).Drug group for physical fatigue, diarrhea, pale tongue with teeth marks and othersymptoms are more points before and after treatment was significant difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05); while for abdominal distention after eating, mentalfatigue lazy words and other symptoms before and after treatment Credits There was nostatistical significance (P>0.05).Meanwhile, after comparing massage group3therapy with the drug group, there wasa significant difference in abdominal distention after eating integration, with statisticalsignificance (P <0.05).The overall statistical results from the comparison of the clinical efficacy of each group, the markedly effective rate of each treatment group and the total effective rate, was notstatistically significant, and therefore believes that a variety of treatment methods for thedisease has a better therapeutic effect, and there was no significant difference in overallefficacy.Conclusion:1. the treatment abdominal massage and compatibility of HEMU acupoints of simple obesity has better clinical curative effect, the effect is embodied in weight loss, fatredistribution, the main clinical symptoms and improve the regulation of fat metabolismenhancement, etc.2. the treatment abdominal massage and compatibility of acupoints used for the treatmentof simple obesity, intervention effect of acupoints acupuncture is superior to the singleabdominal massage, and this difference is not reflected in the overall efficacy, but ratherreflects the differences in the treatment of various clinical symptoms.3. The mechanism of compatibility of different acupoints for treatment of simple obesitywith the treatment abdominal massage may be fat cells by enhancing the expression levels ofPPAR-γ, which increases the metabolism of fat cells achieved.
