The Research Of Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome And Analysis On Riskfaetors In Girls With Idiopathic Central Preeoeious Puberty(ICPP) In Taiwan Province

ObjectiveThis is a newest study of small girls in Taiwan province who have disease named (ICPP),which is short for Idiopathic Central preeoeious puberty.What we need to do is analysing its classifieation based on their charaeteristics of TCM. Besides that, another task is determining whether the risk factors are dangerous for children who get ICPP. By doing the things above, maybe we can set up norms that doctors or researchers can follow with in Taiwan province, and TCM in the area will also develop.MethodIn the study, our retrieval method is not has only one, which means, Manual retrieval and computer retrieval are both the measures for our literature study. As a result of which, we will obtain comprehensive information about ICPP. When we finished pre-survey from ICPP and received experts’suggest, we would like design medical questionnaire based on them. By which we obtained TCM symptom-sign and some other details about patients. SPSS 19.0 database we will establish follwing should contains:it just like clinical symptoms/tongue/pulse condition, sample cluster statistics is needed for syndrome variables. some general information was a task for our descriptive statistics. Our professional knowledge and experts’ dialectical results are also helpful for identifing the types of syndrome.Result1.SPSS is a perfect software tool which will help us to collect symptoms/tongue/pulse condition of every case that selected for this literature study, then we use professional knowledge to decide clustering quantity, the next step is to identify the types of syndrome of each category, during the process the experts’dialectical results are vital. Then we will see how important the distribution of each type.2. Another result told us that products which is good for adults’skin maybe is harmful for our kids, and if children are in eating food or things with hormones are really pretty dangerous for geting ICPP(P<0.05), while other factors cannot be seen or not evident.3. ZYXHR law in TCM is pretty good for improving clinical symptoms of ICPP. We realised the fact from the comparison results we get before and after treatment, they all had a big difference, there was a very considerable statistical significance.The pathogenesis characteristic of ICPP in Taiwan province has three types actually. We can write the proportion of each as the following order, group named fires who are result come from yin deficiency> pathogenic fire who comes from stagnation of liver-Qi> group named spleen defieiency and intermingled Phlegm. There are so many risk factors that dangerous for preeocious puberty, products which is good for adults’skin maybe is harmful for our kids, and if children are in eating food or things with hormones are really pretty dangerous for geting ICPP. No matter parents or doctors all should pay more attention to theses dangerous factors. ZYXHR law in TCM is pretty good for improving clinical symptoms of ICPP of yin deficiency group, but its mechanism is not very clear, which need to be further confirmed, maybe we can get enough evidence in near future.
