The Study Of The Herbs Rule Of The Topical Herbs To Treat Atopic Dermatitis

ObjectiveThrough meta-analysis of the literature, we get the preliminary evaluation of topical treatment of atopic dermatitis effect by the topical herbs. According to the data mining methods, we found some combination of drugs and herbs law of topical herbs to treat atopic dermatitis. It is a development for us to further exploration of the effective topical medicine recipes and we found the effective drug candidates for this.MethodsWe get the results through the Revman5.2software Meta-analysis and domestic and international literature database collection, we gathered the ancient literature database by using the’Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine’database, and the modern literature we used the database including CNKI, SinoMed, VIP, WanFang DATA, Pubmed, Embase, Cochrane library database. We use the TCM Inheritance Support System software (V1.1) to established the preliminary database, and we used the frequency analysis, correlation analysis, complex system entropy clustering, unsupervised data mining techniques to analyze the topical herbs.ResultsAccording to Inclusion criteria and Exclusion criteria, Finally we selected8qualified papers, The total efficiency comparison Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of atopic dermatitis,OR=2.65,95%CI(1.73,4.04); The cure rate comparison Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of atopic dermatitis,OR=1.65,95%CI(1.26,2.16); The incidence of adverse reactions compared Traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of atopic dermatitis,OR=0.2,95%CI(0.08,0.52). 7drugs with high-frequency occurrence in these recipes,25frequently-used herb pairs and14core combinations were founded, and7new recipes for atopic dermatitis were developed.20drugs with high-frequency occurrence in these recipes,4frequently-used herb pairs and40core combinations were founded, and18new recipes for atopic dermatitis were developed.ConclusionThe topical herbs for atopic dermatitis were mainly consist of nourishing the Qi, clear heat and dry dampness, heat-clearing and detoxicating, windcold-dispersing, resolve dampness. The topical treatment principle for atopic dermatitis is clear heat and dry dampness, nourishing the blood and activat the blood, moisturize the skin and relieve itching.
