| In today’s world, resource consumption and environmental degradation has become an important issue that hindering economic and social development, people must pay attention to resources and environmental problems caused by economic development. The actual efficiency of economic development has become a hot issue, it is essential for achieving sustainable development. As the effective measure and means of management of the sustainable development, regional eco-efficiency can comprehensively reflect the coordinated development level of the economy- resourceenvironment composite system. Agriculture as the "mother industry" to promote development of human society, since ancient times, agriculture is treated as the basis of economic development, social stability and national independence. But, large quantities of chemical fertilizer, agricultural film, etc were used in the production process, leading to the deterioration of agricultural production environment, it has caused some hidden dangers for safety of agricultural production. In order to realize the sustainable development, the studies on agricultural eco-efficiency have profound practical and theoretical significance for regional in switching the agriculture economic development model and making sustainable development policy.By taking the panel data from 2003 to 2013 for an example, selecting the measuring indexes of agriculture industry efficiency based on the theory of economic growth. The paper used the DEA-SBM model, to carry out the study of China’s agricultural eco-efficiency. First, a comprehensive evaluation for China’s regional agriculture ecological efficiency, understand the present situation of the eco-efficiency of regional agriculture in China, and used spatial analysis software, to reveal the spatial distribution characteristics of Chinese agricultural eco-efficiency. Secondly, used the convergence analysis method, studies the Chinese agricultural eco-efficiency of regional convergence, to reveal the regional convergence characteristics of Chinese agricultural eco-efficiency. Third, used the panel regression model to analysis the influence factors of influence Chinese regional agriculture eco-efficiency, explain the main reason for the spatial pattern of China’s agricultural eco-efficiency. Finally, according to the research conclusion put forward to proposal that promote the agriculture eco-efficiency in China. The specific work of this study summarized as follows:(1) By combing the literature to determine the index system of Chinese agricultural eco-efficiency evaluation, and the dissertation has calculated agricultural eco-efficiency of the 31 provinces in China during the year 2003-2013 by use of DEASBM model, at the national level, regional level and provincial-level compared and analyzed agricultural eco-efficiency; Secondly, used the space measurement software to analyze the spatial evolution of Chinese agricultural eco-efficiency; Finally, used the BP filter analysis method to analyze timing variation characteristics of Chinese agricultural eco-efficiency.(2)The ideas and methods of the convergence hypothesis of the endogenous growth theory is applied to the analysis of agricultural eco-efficiency regional differences. Using the panel data model, this dissertation conducted an empirical study on the convergence of regional agricultural eco-efficiency difference in China. Firstly, used neoclassical convergence hypothesis, studies agricultural eco-efficiency of absolute convergence, conditional convergence and convergence clubs; second, the stochastic convergence method was used to study the gap of agricultural eco-efficiency will exist for a long time.(3)Based on previous research, the dissertation selected the per capita net income of farmers, agricultural investment in fixed assets, planting structure, farmers per capita arable land, labor culture level, industrial structure, urban and rural income ratio, effective irrigation area, a total population of the nine indicators, using panel data model to make an empirical study of the impact factors of agricultural eco efficiency in the national level, regional level, to clear each influence factors on the agricultural ecoefficiency effect.(4) Based on the conclusion of this dissertation, put forward policy recommendations to enhance the agricultural eco-efficiency, in order to achieve sustainable development of agriculture. |
