| In recent years, the informatization in China made rapid progress because of the government’s attention, and ICT technology permeate into nearly every field of agriculture industry in China and played an important role in traditional agriculture transformation and promotion. How to develop and utilize agriculture information resources effectively, develop agriculture ICT and industry, to guarantee the quality and efficiency of agriculture information infrastructure construction, and the interoperability of different information systems, become the main bottleneck and key issue of agriculture informatization construction.The study construct a reference model of agriculture standard system, to clarify the perception and direction of agriculture standard construction, and divide agriculture standards into3aspects, which are basic standards, universal standards, and professional standards, and all the standards in the system run through management, technology and work of agriculture informatization.The study also construct two agriculture standards framework from informatization and management perspective respectively, and collect totally1280international and domestic standards, so get a global understand of the whole standards situation, to guide the making and revising of the future agriculture standards.The study put forward that the construction of agriculture standards system should be divide into six stages, include system pre-research stage, system planning stage, standards making stage, standards trial and verification stage, training and implementation stage and application and promotion stage, each stage should own its task and main body of responsibility. Identify a work mode of producing-learning-studying-using and open coordination, dominated by enterprise and exert the technical advantage enthusiasm of related party sufficiently. Use the existed standards resources and achievements, and provide strong guarantee mechanism for the work in every stage of agriculture standards construction, and make a foundation to launch the enthusiasm of every party who join the work, so make sure the standardization work can be promoted steadily and orderly. |
