With the diversified development of travel demand, the status of taxi in urban life continuously advances, but many problems such as higher vacant rate and serious environment pollution also arise. It is because that there are lower operational efficiency on network and lower level of service in taxi system. Therefore, it is particularly important to enrich and develop the scientific theory for taxi system. The previous studies mainly analyzed the supply-demand equilibrium, operational efficiency and regulations of market from perspectives of a single main body and a single service mode. However, the relevant researches under the background of multiple bodies and mixed service modes are still less. Based on this, this paper considers behaviors of different main bodies as the research objects and analyses their impacts on taxi service under the mixed service modes.Based on analyzing the function and status of taxi, this paper divided participation main bodies of taxi system and explored profit relationships of main bodies. And furthermore, the passenger travel choice behavior, service mode choice behavior and route choice behavior of driver were discussed, which provides theoretical basis for the supply-demand equilibrium model of taxi. The resource investment decision-making behavior and service mode operation behavior of taxi companies were then studied, which provides basis for the operation efficiency evaluation and improvement model. The different regulation policies of government were introduced, which provides basis for management behavior of government and relationship research of multiple bodies.Under the mixed service modes in taxi system, this paper applied the Nested Logit model to depict trip mode choice behavior of passenger, and established the traffic demand model and discussed characteristics of cruising mode and dispatching mode. By using MNL model to depict the service mode choice and route choice behaviors of driver, this paper designed traffic supply model and showed how to choose the cruising and dispatching modes for driver. Based on this, the road network equilibrium condition, taxi service time, supply-demand equilibrium relationships of taxi system, the cruising mode and the dispatching mode were established, respectively. This paper then put forward the stochastic user equilibrium model, and used the relationship between passenger waiting time and taxi searching time to design an iterative equilibrium algorithm, and adopted these results of numerical example to examine the effect of model. These conclusions can reveal the impact of traveler behaviors on taxi service.Under the mixed service modes in taxi system, by considering operation data of taxi companies as research object, this paper analyzed characteristic of data, and identified decision making units, and designed input-output indicators, and then selected data envelopment analysis models in terms of different evaluation targets. And furthermore, from multiple perspectives of general technical performance, pure technical performance and scale performance, this paper utilized different DEA models to research operation performances of taxi companies. Base on this, this paper used the benchmarking theory to conduct the operation performance improvement models of taxi companies. After identifying the reference set and analyzing the contribution of benchmarking, this paper provided quantitative suggestions for the input-output indicators of taxi companies. These conclusions can show the impact of operator behaviors on taxi service.Aiming at the situation of taxi industry and many operation problems produced by special car, the strategy of developing new dispatching mode was introduced. This paper analyzed the game relationship between company and passenger in terms of the choice of multiple service modes under regulation of government, and formulated their possible strategy sets and their earings. And based on this, the mixed service modes choice model based on two species evolution game was established, and the replicated dynamic equation was also used to describe the behavior changes of two parties. And furthermore, according to those results of Jacobian matrix, this paper explored the existence conditions of evolutionary stable strategies and analyzed the impact of related parameters of revenue function on evolutionary stable strategies. Finally, according to those results of numerical example, the simulation software was used to analyze policy changes of two game parties, the evolution paths of strategies and convergence speeds under the different regulation policies of government. In the empirical research, the taxi survey data in Harbin, the statistic data based on GPS and statistical yearbook data in Harbin were used to analyze the operational states of taxis and taxi companies. And then, this paper utilized the statistical data based on GPS to establish the performance evaluation and improvement models of taxi companies. Combined with taxi survey data and experiment roadwork data, this paper studied taxi supply-demand equilibrium model and the evolutionary game model of mixed service mode choice, and examined their effects and provided the conclusions of empirical research.
