A Study On Scenic Tourism Architecture And Its Planning & Design

Scenic tourism architecture is an important material guarantee for the scenic spots to carry out tourism activities, as well as an important part of the tourism system. The planning design level of scenic tourism architecture will influence the tourists’recreation satisfaction and their identity in the scenic spots. This paper takes scenic tourism architecture as the research object. Combined with the coupling theory, it proposes the coupling model of "scenic tourism architectures-site-people" through the political and case study. By using the methods such as literature research, empirical research, AHP, psychophysical, and spatiotemporal behavior, this paper establishes a systematic theoretical system of scenic tourism architectures, and forms the corresponding planning design methods. The main body of this paper involves the following four parts.The first part starts from the current situation of the planning design and construction of the scenic spots. It puts forward the scientific concept of scenic tourism architectures, and systematically combs its historical trace and current development status. It establishes a coupling system of scenic tourism architectures, and makes specific analysis and explanation. Through the study of foreign and domestic cases, this paper concludes that:the planning design of the national park in America and Taiwan, especially the experience and practice of the national park architecture design, is of very important reference value for the planning design of scenic tourism architectures in China’s mainland.The second part discusses the coupling relationship between the scenic tourism architectures and site respectively from two aspects, including the space environment and the morphological characterization of the site. It also proposes corresponding design strategies and techniques. In addition, this paper establishes an evaluation system to measure the coupling degree between scenic tourism architectures and the site by means of expert scoring and AHP. Through practical cases, it demonstrates the application process of this evaluation system.The third part starts from the psychological and behavioral needs of the tourists and discusses the coupling relationship between the scenic tourism architectures and people (tourists). Combined with the theories of psychophysics and environmental preference matrix, it establishes the scenic tourism architectures visual evaluation and analysis method by using questionnaire survey, data analysis and other methods, and draws the conclusion: Culture, uniqueness, environment integration and naturality are the most important factors influencing the mass tourists’visual evaluation to scenic tourism architectures. Combined with the theories of spatiotemporal behavior and time-geography, this paper carries out empirical study with the recreation pavilion and corridor at Qingcheng Post Mountain by using questionnaire survey, spatiotemporal behavior observation, data analysis and other methods. It also discusses the association between scenic tourism architectures and tourist behaviors and obtains some conclusions and suggestions to guide the future planning design of scenic tourism architectures.The fourth part mainly focuses on the application of scenic tourism architectures planning design on basis of the above. It established the method system of scenic tourism architectures planning design from several aspects including the planning design principles, integrated planning design process, etc. Through the analysis of the planning design of a practical case-Guizhou Xijiang Miao Village Tourism Service Area, it forms the demonstration planning design guidelines of visitor center, public toilet and refuge hut, thus providing relatively good references for the future scenic tourism architectures planning design.In summary, starting from the current situation of the planning design and construction of the scenic spots and combining the coupling theory, this paper respectively discusses the coupling relationship between scenic tourism architectures and site, as well as between scenic tourism architectures and people. It establishes a coupling degree evaluation system and concludes corresponding strategies and techniques of planning design. It also establishes the method system of scenic tourism architectures planning design, which is of certain guiding significance for the future planning design practice and management.
