Ultra wideband radio fuze has characterized by high precision of fixed distance,strong anti-interference ability,excellent cut-off performance of the distance,strong anti-stealth ability,therefore, ultra wideband radio fuze has a broad application prospect,has been recognized by many countries fuze industry attention.The tranditional radio fuze has established a relatively mature theory and reliable method,but the ultra wideband radio fuze is a new principle of radio fuze,the theoretical basis is the time-domain electromagnetic,research ultra wideband signal emission,transmission,reflection and receiving from the point of view of time-domain instead of frequency domain.Accordingly,the ultra wideband radio fuze test is different from radio fuze.The research development of ultra wideband radio fuze test is very slow and lacks theoretical support.According to the test requirements of ultra wideband radio fuze,based on the analysis of ultra wideband radio fuze working principle, proposed the general planning of ultra wideband radio fuze test,focus on the three key technologies:ultra wideband radio fuze echo signal modeling,ultra wideband radio fuze echo signal generation,ultra wideband radio fuze dynamic loading.The main contents are:(1)Ultra wideband radio fuze echo signal modeling.Based on ultra wideband signal,modeling the ultra wideband radio fuze signal on account of Gauss second derivative,study the unit impulse response of ground target;modeling the ultra wideband radio fuze antenna and simulated by CST software,obtained the radiation signal of ultra wideband antenna and the frequency characteristics of the antenna.Modeling and simulation for the flat ground and rough ground,for flat ground,establish coordinate system and using integral way to slove;for rough ground,constructing the Gauss random rough ground model,using cell decomposition method to solve.Backstepping the ultra wideband radio fuze echo signal through receiver output signal,verify the correctness of the echo signal model.(2)Ultra wideband radio fuze echo signal generation.The article presents two methods for generating ultra wideband radio fuze signal.One is based on ultra wideband radio fuze antenna.Modeling the ultra wideband radio fuze antenna and change the antenna size,feed point,angle,analysis the relation of th antenna gain,VSWR,radiation signal with CST,focus on analysis and compare the antenna S21 with the antenna bandwidth,find out the antenna best size,feedpoint and angle,generate the ultra wideband radio fuze echo signal with excitation signal.The other method is design a filter based on Chebyshev parameters,calculated each bandpass filter distance,length,width,design a fuze echo signal generator based on ultra wideband filter,produce ultra wideband radio fuze echo target with excitation signal and fuze antenna.(3)Ultra wideband radio fuze dynamic loading.Dynamic loading means load the echo signal to fuze which needs to solve the synchronization problem between the simulation echo signal and the fuze receiver.According to the characteristics of ultra wideband radio fuze test,put forward the global maximum search synchronization algorithm,put the fuze receiver sampled signal as template signal,related with target echo signal emerged by ultra wideband radio fuze test,realize the synchronization through adjust the delay time and detect the amplitude of receiver output signal;in order to solve the problem of synchronous long search time,put forward the global template matching based on maxium value of varialble step size synchronous search algorithm,according to the amplitude of receiver output,using different step search in search area,reduce the search time. Based on the time domain and the Doppler effect in ultra wideband radio fuze receiving principle,put forward the equivalent loading method of echo amplitude weighting,realizes the dynamic loading simulation of target echo signal.Finally, put the target signal generator, modulator, adjustable delay circuit, synchronous controller, test support and interface integrated in a shielding box full of absorbing wave material,complete the commission of the ultra wideband radio fuze test system,test the testing system for ultra wideband radio fuze synchronorous and dynamic loading process,measure the height of burst,analysis the measurement error.Tests results shows that the height of burst error is less than 0.1m,proff the correctness of the theory research and the simulation.
