With the emphasis on sustainable development, it is an important issue in front of every one of the designers and builders to comprehensively and accurately analyze the sustainable development of high-speed rail hub according to the conditions of our country. So with the focus on the analysis of high-speed rail hub constitute features and construction characteristics, relevant theoretical achievements were learned. Law of the sustainable development of the high-speed rail hub was summarized. The evaluation system of the high-speed rail hub of sustainable development was built in order to provide a reference for the sustainable development planning and construction of high-speed railway hub. The thesis consists of four parts.The first part is the background research. The current development of domestic and international high-speed rail and high-speed rail hub was comprehensively sorted. Relevant theoretical achievements were learned. Related concepts were limited and interpreted. The law of the development of high-speed rail and high-speed rail hub was summarized and proposed. The new challenges of high-speed rail hub planning and design were summarized in terms of economic, environmental, energy and society in order to provide the basis of theoretical support for the follow-up study.(The first two chapters)The second part is the construction of theoretical framework. Through the analysis of the connotation on the function, environment, economy and society of sustainable development of high-speed rail hub three associated evaluation levels of macro, meso and micro was proposed. And the evaluation system was proposed with five aspects which are macro decision-making, planning and design, the design of the station house, the construction of hub and hub operators. Conditions and principles of evaluation indicators were selected. Hub evaluation method foundation was established through integrated application of improved analytic hierarchy process model and expert scoring models.(The third chapter)The third part is the establishment of evaluation system. With the guidance of sustainable development theory several regional economic development theories were comprehensively learned. The affect of the high-speed rail hub on the green urban group development was summarized. Evaluation system of high-speed rail hub in macroeconomic policy-making was built with the analysis on the typical high-speed rail hubs. On the theoretical basis of the introduction of TOD, HSROD (High Speed Rail-hub Oriented Development) development model was proposed. Based on HSROD evaluation system of high-speed rail hub plan was built. Through deeply analyzing the theoretical connotation of green building principles of high-speed rail station house design was summarized. Then the evaluation system of high-speed rail station house design was built. Finally, based on the full life cycle theory the principle evaluation systems of construction and operation of high-speed rail hub were constructed.(The fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh chapters)The fourth part is the practical research and thesis summed. Based on the sustainable development evaluation system Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway typical hub was evaluated. On the basis of the site visits and the experience of experts Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail hub selection decisions and Beijing South Railway Station various stages of sustainable development were evaluated. Finally, main conclusions of the paper were summarized.
