The construction and operation of high-speed rail can greatly accelerate the pace of economic and social development along the route and the surrounding areas,and can greatly improve the circulation environment of personnel and materials between regions.Meanwhile,the development and construction of the front high-Speed rail station square can effectively integrate all kinds of scattered resources in the surrounding area,optimize the allocation of resources surrounding area,promote the development of the surrounding area business office,real estate,entertainment,dining,and service industries.Therefore,It is worthy of in-depth study on a major issue that through the application of a certain evaluation method to research and analysis the function of high-speed rail station square,explore the potential value of different design options and provide the basis of scientific evaluation for the planning and design of the high-speed rail station square.Firstly,on the basis of reading a large number of domestic and foreign research literature,this article elaborates the research background,the research purpose and the research significance.At the same time,through the research of design theory for high-speed rail station square and value engineering theory to determine the research content and technical route.Secondly,this paper constructs the comparison and selection model of high-speed rail station square design scheme based on the value engineering theory,and puts forward the general idea of the design scheme comparison and selection.At the same time,based on detailed introduction to the theory of value engineering and working procedure,this paper carries out the function analysis and cost analysis,introduces the improved AHP index to improve the function weight,and determines the function score by using Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Thirdly,By introducing an actual case,through a detailed analysis of the case of the construction background,project location,project construction conditions,the need for project construction,the feasibility of the project and the construction of the relevant risks.Based on the comparison and selection model of high-speed rail station square design scheme based on the value engineering theory,this paper analyzes the function analysis and cost analysis of the high-speed railway station,and obtains the function index system and the cost accounting system of the station square.Finally,the improved AHP index is used as the basis for calculating the functional coefficients of each design index and determines the weight value of each function of the design scheme.At the same time,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to calculate the different design schemes of the high-speed railway station square.And,according to the comparison and selection model of high-speed rail station square design scheme,this paper determines the value of the highest scheme for the optimal scheme by through the practical case.It provides a reliable basis for project decision,and explores the application of value engineering theory in the optimization of high-speed rail station square design.
